This is the beauty of Italian cuisine and also a fascinating thing if we want, because we Italians ourselves, traveling around Italy, always discover new things. We could say that there is no a "standard" cuisine. In every city or village you will find something new that you may never have seen before. I'm currently cutting carbs, and have lost thirty pounds. I have twenty-five more to go, and should reach that goal by Christmas. I'm going to celebrate with a Pasta Queen recipe! Also: Pasta Bro! 🥰❤️🍝🇮🇹
@@CassandraRandria I cut alcohol, processed sugar, potatoes, bread, pasta, and rice. I typically eat mostly whole foods, but the wine & beer on top of too many breads & rich pasta dishes was making me fat! Comfort foods aren't supposed to be "all the time" foods. 😁🤷🏻♂️ So, now I eat the same whole foods, but without booze, & those carbs I mentioned. I also drink a lot more water (which I like, but didn't seem to get enough of). I love pasta too. And when I reach that goal, I'll definitely treat myself! Until then...I can take my time deciding which dish I want to make when the time comes. 😁

Heavy cream? It was: Butter Lemon Zest Lemon Juice Heavy cream Then later you put the cooked pasta in the sauce Add parmigiano cheese And a bit of pasta water. And the mint.
