Some amazing life saving procedures, can't help but wonder what on earth caused the shepherds injury when jumping in the water. So sorry her outcome wasn't what we hoped, but the doctor did his absolute best. Kyle's little hedgehog back and recovering, and the pythons are no longer eating this kind woman's chickens. Thank you for sharing their journeys!🐕🐍❤️👍

annephillips1870 Yes, I heard him say that a couple of times, and in the end it ended up being cancer, so by having to amputate the Dr. saved his life. I had made my comment before the end, and probably should have waited. Sorry about that! Cheers and have a pleasant Sunday❤️

My heart sunk when the Dr. could not set the GSD Maxie's leg. It is a wonderful breed, but owners can get their hearts broken with health issues. We lost our big boy to gastric torsion. They person who overfed him did not know how dangerous it could be.

It’s so sad seeing Maxie with just 3 legs but it is also a blessing what happened, even though what happened to her was terrible but now she can live a happier healthier and longer life being cancer free ❤️

Imagine having to examine an Elephant from the back end and its incontinent. Welcome to Pink Eye and various other infections...just because we love animals. That being said there's sometimes not much you can do for hygiene in the field.

Didi is a champ. "Deadly pythons" more like regular pythons. We have enough deadly animals in Australia no need to exadurate.

If someone gets dirty, they can get hosed off. Is the way I look at it. I am glad hedge hog recovered from surgery. Somehow Maxie was guided to the water. In order to get her to the vet to look at her leg. With screws not taking was a sign to take her leg and send it off. Thank goodness cancer didn’t spread. Maxie has a full life ahead of her. God bless all the animals and their owners.

Awesome episode as always. I have kind of an unpopular opinion but I really wonder why very old people have pets, especially a german sheperd... it needs a lot of exercise, you can't lift it if it is in a bad state like that, you might forget important things and if you get sick you really have to have someone to take care of it... but also I'm not that old yet so I might have a different opinion later 😅

thats how they sleep.. its literally their most used position.. anyone who knows animals knows that some animals have a preference to be curled up on their backs, hedgehogs is one of those
