Dog Days of Summer - how do you survive it? -  

I was out @ Eagle Bluffs the other day for about 3 hours and only saw 2 other cars the whole time! (BobC)....I think most shooters are like you (and I) . I think the animals/birds aren't moving as much as well, or it feels like it anyway. I just switch to other forms of photography. Nightscapes (cooler) such as Milky Way, Perseid Meteor Shower peaks in August, Startrails and just had fireworks. Also, there's storms to chase and shoot..As a wildlife shooter though your kind of out of luck....Maybe early in the day and late in the day!
