Mariah receives a call about a dog who has been left tied to a fence on someone’s property. When they arrive they see the dog is in a horrible condition and likely won’t survive long if they don’t take it. Since the dog isn’t on an abandoned property, they need to talk to the owner of the property and see if they are willing to give it up.
