People will always be critical but your puppy is happy and healthy and that’s what matters most! I got a new puppy 3 years ago and I did not purposely crate train but while potty training, he had his “place” so when we were not playing, taking walks, etc. he’d go to his place and naturally that’s been his bed and his crate by choice. He’s never destroyed anything in our home either!!! We also have a female German Shepherd and they are best friends. it’s perfectly normal to vent. Change is HARD even if it’s by choice ❤
In my country its illegal to keep your dog in a crate, so i feel your totally doing the right thing! Im sure hes going to grow up to be a great dog, and good luck!😊
How you don't inform yourself about having a German Shepherd Puppy. I had two puppies,since today. A German shepherd in my country need to be trained,they are usually police or rescue dog etc. You need to go to experts and train with other puppies,unless he is grown up. It needs time and he is not the breed to stay without having a job. Sorry I'm getting so angry it"s not his fault it was yours. Do you ever think,how your dog a feeling.
Actually it depends on whether it’s a show line or working line and mines not a working line. Thank you for your concern though! He gets tons of exercise and he’s a very happy dog. ❤
@Mariposa So if you're not an expert, police or rescue you're not supposed to get a German Shepard? My Aunt and Uncle had a white GS in the 60s with 4 little girls in the family. No problems what so ever!
