For some unknown reason, I decided that I wanted to Dogfight Enemy fighters in a bomber in War Thunder. And you know what? It actually went surprisingly well! In today's video, I take the Avro Shackleton out into Air RB and dogfight unsuspecting fighters on the opposite team...

The only downside are those short barreled 20s, they need some insane aim but once youre dialed in its epic. I should also add people don't expect it to be so fast 😅

Try it with the Ki-67s now, way more gunner coverage and you can normally confidently attack someone. You're mission if you choose to except it is beat my record of 7 Kills 1 Assist

Trust me this is much easier at very low BRs. I have lots of fun flying PBY and one tapping biplanes with .50 cals.

I remember using the Russian Ar-2 in ground realistic and getting locked into a dogfight against some fighter, I proceeded to somehow survive against him until the match ended (Game was already mostly over) was very fun, would've had him if I had frontal guns.

Some rockets have distance fuses but others(like those rp-3's) are limited to impact fuses. Btw, RB gunners are limited to 0.3km as their max range.
