Hey y'all! Guess what?!! Tucker turned 17-months on yesterday, 10/10/2021! He's grown a lot since his last puppy update! 💙🐾
So, by special request... here's an update. Tucker is actually heading to doggy bootcamp for the week, so I wanted to record a little bit of his current habits to see if there is a noticeable change.

Wow he’s gotten so big and full of energy. I was thinking about taking Macie to dog boot camp cause child sometimes she think she rules my house 😂😂

LOL! I believe it! Tucker and Macie are too spoiled for their own good ☺ But you should definitely look into doggy boot camp for her. It helped Tucker a lot. I actually need to upload the footage of the things he learned while there. Hopefully, I can get it done this week.

Hes adorable. I see all of the energy you're speaking of. Maybe take a longer walk with him or let him run himself tired at a dog park.

I have a poodle / schnauzer mix . Both are working breeds. They need a lot mental stimulation . Try some food puzzles and slow feeders. Also long walks helped mine a ton. I also would feed mine out of my hands (this technique helps them to understand, that you are the Alpha. If you are using a harass he will pull , that’s not enough control. Dogs communicate from necks from a puppy, that’s how their mom corrected them . Look into a Martingale collar for small breeds.

These are great tips! Thanks so much for sharing! I found that flat collars do work best with him, but I was concerned with hurting his neck. I'll have to check out the brand you recommended for smaller dogs. That's so helpful!

Poodles are very intelligent but they need a lot of exercise and to be mentally challenged.

Can I ask what airline did you use? How long of a flight was it? Do you recommend this airline? I will have to do this eventually, so I’m trying to get some input. Enjoyed your video.

Will he get over 10 lb?? I've been watching every dog video that RU-vid have don't see too many videos on toy poodles see a lot of videos on cavapoo and the other pools but I don't want my dog to get big how big is he going to get

The most he's weighed is 11 lbs. He typically fluctuates between 10-11 lbs.
