Namaste jai Ganesh jai bhairav🔱 BHAIRAVA means one who is fearless Bhai - fear , ra -rona cry va one who frees you from fear and crying so don’t get scared while doing bhairava sadhana this is one breakdown in video I have mentioned 3-4 breakdowns of term . I have covered my thoughts on dogs and bhairava why they are often compared to Bhairava based on my personal experiences , its not offensive at all to do it .yes Nandi (bull) is vahana of shiva but rearly do you ever see shiva possessing Nandi so we don’t call Nandi as shiva we respect Nandi and offer salutations where as in dogs the case is different bhairava is notoriously known to possess /influence dogs ,so if at all a dog wiggles tail at you sometimes can be under bhairava influence not always but its good to at least pat the dog .my dog he was under influence or possession at least 2-3 times for sure other times also he wiggles but not under influence of bhairava so with experience you can determine . Also dogs getting drawn to a person who is sadhak indicates a different thing than bhairava himself posessing a dog yes both are different This video I covered a lot on bhairava possessing dogs but dogs getting drawn to you is because you have developed bhairava thatwa with in self now he or she is a dog looking at you like bhairava but also bhairava himself will become a dog and come to you so both are different . Which dog can be taken as sign or confirmation or not can be determined by experience intuition ,other dogs are just having a normal day they may or may not bark or wiggle tail by seeing you Guard dogs have a duty even if you are bhairava sadhak they still will carry on their dharma to be protective of their home owners so dont be too excited to pat them initially observe before going too close to dog . Dont get bit and think bhairava is angry at you . At very high stages or when you are doing concentrated bhairava sadhana for 40 days then slight changes are seen in guard dogs also . Usually there are signs that most sadhaks can pick on if the dog is under influence or not intuitively based on behavior and also situation dependent. So if other dogs on a normal day if they don’t eat your bhog immediately or don’t come to you doesn’t mean your upasana is bad or bhairava is angry Like I said not all dogs are under direct influence of bhairava but regardless treat them nice to get blessings of bhairava . Although its okay to see bhairava in dogs nature and call them once in a while bhairava I feel permanently naming them bhairava is complicated what if you have to train or discipline the dog in a way you are calling diety name to do it so don’t recommend it , but its kind of bhairavas territory mostly he sees with what intention are you calling a dog bhairava that is more important . Consult bhairava or capable guru before you name a dog after his name you will receive some sort of guidance to do so you need a stronger connection to Bhairava so for now don’t name a dog bhairava but its ok to once in a while compliment by using shabash bhairava or good job bhairava etc when he displays bhairava thatwa . These are my opinions based on observations some other sadhak may have different opinion on it .

I want to share my experience. Last year I took a sankalpa as an offering to Bhatuka Bhairava. On the last day my mom and I want to an ancient Shiva temple in Chennai where there is a shrine of Lord Bhairava. It was raining cats and dogs that day, when we reached there the rains stopped. When we came to the Shrine of Bhairava, there was a small group of dogs lazily sitting there in front of the open door. They just looked at us and did nothing. That time I was still very new and didn't know many rules. But there was this one dog, jet black in colour lying right in the middle of the group, he didn't turn but his gaze was fixed on Bhairava. The Shiva lingam inside the main temple was so powerful, there are no artificial lights inside just the diyas.
I know of a street dog 🐕 who is younger when I first came across. Whenever I see him or he sees me we play and after like a month of our bonding I started to call him “Batuk” that’s all
OVERALL for a bhairava upasaka interaction with dogs can be classified into three : One - basic level increase of animal magnetism especilally dogs will be drawn to your aura it will also happen if your karmas are very good . So few street dogs many wiggle play with you etc Two - bhairava influencing a dog to act in a certain way to give you a confirmation lets say you have done anusthan at home next morning at temple dog will act super friendly or come and sit beside you etc Three - stronger possesion either bhairava will send his gana to posess a dog and interact with you or he himself will come as a dog this dog usually will be heavy than usual also you will not see it again in neighborhood . Third case is quite rare maybe will happen once every few years etc .
I love street dogs, at my work we have a femele dog who is fed by us and she was missing for a while. When she came back she ceme in front of my room office to salute me. We were so happy to see each other. Yes, dogs are protective and guard their soace and loved one, they are bhairava

I started my japa on 13th with "om bhairavaya namaha" . Day1 - 1 mala , Diya and jaggery Day2 -3 malas , Diya and jaggery rice Bhog Day3- 3 malas, diya and banana and jaggery as bhog Day4 - sunday batuk Bhairav jayanthi Followed your post and added batuk bhairav sadhana from that day. Diya, puffed rice chikki made with jaggery and crushed dry fruits, banana and badam/pista. One rusk packet to give to street dogs. 1 batuk Bhairav malas, 1 bhairav mala. Batuk bhairav chalisa & ashtothar. Monday- batuk bhairav mala 5, 1 bhairav mala. Banana and jaggery. All days ended my japa with kala bhairava ashtakam and teeskna damstra kala bhairava ashtakam. Like any changes that I've to do.
no you are doing good carry on take slow with new additions of slokas etc repetition is key more is not always better so what you are doing continue for a month before adding something new mantra works by repetition so if you want can slowly increase mala numbers every 15 days or a month good luck

he is the greatest guru of all so don't be worried communicate with him he will take care ,go on a steady pace you will be fine . integrate any bhairava kawach in daily recitation if you feel any other unnecessary spirit encounters are happening to you because I feel you have some psychic ability so other spirits can be drawn to you can learn pronunciation from RU-vid search batuka bhairava brahma kawach . kawach means a protection hymn that protects both spiritual aura and physical health to certain extent .
Nice video. I have 10 rescue dogs. One of them is not afraid of anything...not even fireworks. I do Bhairava worship. Just wanted to know after sankalpa is done.... 1. do we need to do the homa immediately? Or can we do it after a day or so? 2. what to do with the japa mala? Can we use it again or wear it?
yes my dog also showing improvement he is less scared than before actually if any intense anusthan is happening then energy changes in home puja room then he sleeps peacefully even with fireworks because of increased presence of bhairava around home he also acts little different when bhairava influences him usually depends on what you have communicated to bhairava or tradition usually two methods are there one do hawan immediately after japa offer 1/10 of japa on that night only and second method is do evening japa morning hawan both are acceptable so since its hard to follow certain rules cleanliness while wearing a japa mala its avoided initially what I think ideal is wear a different mala for neck and keep japa malas separate initially until mantra siddh why is when you do japa mantra prana gets into mala now mala is having energy of diety s mantra so have to be extra pious so for wearing buy a new one I recommend consecrate it near a shiva linga or bhairava shrine just keep it near idol . just do mala samskar or even just Ganga jal and dhoop and keep mala In temple for some time and wear it do japa on different mala also a guru will guide when can you start wearing that mala but for now dont wear japa malas
i recently started feeding dogs after my nitya puja and yesterday the dogs didnt come to me even when i called only one came i got confused, cause when i feed them everyone comes and comes very close like touching their face to my chest and stretching their body in front of me as sastang namaskar. i even felt like is the bhog wrong or something. but my doubts are cleared

ok holding a mala you can watch my video I showed one method other one is to keep mala btw your middle finger and ring finger and move the mala towards you anyways watch my video , no need to start from beginning we all do mistakes bhairava is simple you can continue with number 420 , okay continue your sadhana can buy a batuk bhairav photo now only no need to wait other alternatives are kalabhairava photo or shiva photo if you can't find batuk one , you can follow my community page for sadhana method I posted there you can follow same method when special days come until I give out new additions good luck jai bhairav .

Sir I have a mund mala that I'm drawn too. Can I chant om batuk bhairavaya namah using it? Is there any simple mantra I can chanta using it? I don't have any initiation
My opinion is no , mund mala is only used by aghoris and tantriks who do hardcore mantras usually for kalabhairava or maa kali The mantras that require that mala are very high in energy but i have never used for batuk bhairava so its hard for me to say but i suggest use different mala keep mund mala aside for now you may use it in future .
the only reason I may say its ok is if you can't afford to buy one more mala because bhairava is simple he wants intention but see it should have 108+1 is ideal for bhairava ,54+1 is for divine mother
Dont do it if you are very much scared because they will sense as something bad then because slowly you overcome fear automatically by doing bhairava jaap . but if a dog comes to you by moving tail then you can pat on head softly because thats a sign dog likes you but dont go near aggressive gaurd dogs. Infact its not mandatory per say to pat dogs but if a dog itself comes to you then treat that dog nicely , dont be scared you will slowly desensitize from your fear but never run by seeing a barking dog never that will make dog think you are a bad person it will start chasing instinct in them so be calm and steady even if a dog barks But do bhairava japa for now you will overcome fear of dogs later on . Slowly you will understand dogs also just observe them their nature etc you will see their intention 95 percent of time is not harming they are protective of their homes thats all once you show calmness they will calm down . But bhairava sadhana itself will remove fear of dogs but i have seen it in certain people born in saturn mahadasha are scared for some reason could be astrological reason . Just my observations personally.
I like to start sadhana, but can I do sadhana without lighting diya, agarbathi and food offering because my environment is complex? Can I do naam jap by counting without mala? Basically I am asking can I take a shower, go to the temple and come back and do the naam jap how many times so?
yes for starting its fine to start any way you can go to temple and start japa I recommend 108 times of OM BHAIRAVAYA NAMAHA basically one mala because mala will have 108 beads +1 yes starting fine do manas japa without mala have a japa counter or count on fingers later on slowly buy a mala and do japa before japa its good to just salute Ganesh once even manas way imagine you are saluting him or can use Sri ganeshaya namaha mantra just once then move to bhairava nama mantra OM BHAIRAVAYA NAMAHA . bhairava is simple so dont worry if you can't do any rituals or offerings initially just offer Bhakti and chant mantra
