The poor stray broke my heart, it's so sad. This is a response to a lifetime of always needing to be alert and being troubled by people. I've seen it so much.
My GSD did something. He was on the bed, holding over the side, he reminded me old Snoopy pretending to be a buzzard. Our other little mixed breed was trying to tease the old boy. Achilles reached over and booped her on her head.
We had a Great Dane when I was a kid. I honestly don’t remember much about her, but I do remember that she would go down to the end of our driveway and bring us the paper in the mornings. The driveway was long and at the bottom of a hill. There was also a lion, his name was Roary, in a kennel around the corner. His sad roars sounded like a dying cow every day. I still feel awful for that poor lion, but I was also scared that he would get out and go crazy eating anything he came into contact with.
I showed my friend, who has dogs, this earlier, and she did think it was funny, but she wasn't a fan of the dog going for the hairtie, as it could be bad if it swallowed it.
Omg a dog got my hair like that once. Totally my fault. My buddy had two huge mastiffs and I went over with my hair in a ponytail. I have hip length hair. I was petting one and the other brought a rope toy so I got up and they were grabbing it together and dragging me across the room until I said OK and they’d let go and we’d start again the other way. I said OK but I wasn’t holding on well so it fell on the floor when they let go. I bent at the waist to pick it up and my ponytail flipped over and one dog got excited and grabbed it and tried to pull like he got the rope. I panicked for a second and was like OKOKOKOK and he dropped my hair and looked confused. Like that was NOT the toy dude. Holy fkk. No feeling like a 100+ pound dog grabbing hold of you and pulling hard. I feel so bad for people who are actually attacked by dogs. This dog was very sorry and listened immediately he was just excited. Scared the sht out of me though lmaoooo
