Kyungsoo left SM after his contract's ended with SM last October 2023. He established a new company with Nam Kyungsoo who has been with him since his acting debut days (because she's the director of SM acin department), they both created Company Soosoo because they shared the same name. So its not a part of SM ent.

You are right, the songs and mv’s have a nostalgic feeling to them and they are really showcasing the true D.O.
