I used them! It was a good flight for economy! I usually use British Airways to Doha via a transit through Bahrain. I am more used to of British Airways as I've travelled from them a long time. But Qatar Airways was brilliant!
You have once again made a work of art. The music is mezmerising and also nice to see some footage from inside the terminal. Btw I'd take one of those pipers instead of the lambo. Perfect choice of plane for the last scene. There were three different tail designs in this vid.. They should have just made one that's good for years to come.

Nice video As usual great job hmsarug when i first watch the video and i saw all those destinations i was hoping for one that goes to Khartoum but sadly no i really really hop that if you ever did a video like that please can you show the airlines and the destination to KRT i would love to see that some day

nice video! huge likes! for my next trip on september 2014, I plan to fly with Qatar Airways! I must try the A340-600 and they use it only for the Paris-Doha route! then from Doha to Manila, i will fly with the B777-300ER! the A340-600 and the B747-8i are the only big aircraft that i didn't ride yet!
@hmasurg All the 777s in this video are departing to short haul destinations XD and for KWI i think QR have brought the 777 only one time there as i still remember sighting A7-BBA at KWI at 25th of DEC 2010 a day before my BD XP as i was at the airport for my trip KWI>DXB>SYD>AKL and for my luck A7-BBA was infront of our EK before departure :D
The 777-300ER and A340-600 are direct competitors to each other with almost exactly the same capabilities and mission profiles (long range + 350< pax). You got one, you don't need the other. Having 2 essentially the same planes in your fleet increase dramatically your cost for keeping spares and maintenance equipment and staff. So unless an airlines has endless $ to splurge or hired a gorilla for its accountant, it normally wouldn't do it.
Any airline that flies the 777-300ER alongside the A340-600 is one that's very loose with money. Either it has too much or is very bad at keeping/making it.

Ofcourse Qatar know what they are doing,but putting in a A320 aircraft on a 6218km long route while they put in 777-200LR on a 1692 km route... doesnt seem logical :P Hehe
