Doing Business in Tanzania 

Tanzania is a great country with nice peoples , BUT for business is still too much burocracy , just as sample : investors resident permit and work permit average time 5/6 months.....company opening and certificate of incorporation 20 days , land transfer if you buy a property and title deed at company name 1 year , if you can afford this long time than is a grate country.

one of the countries that still has the laws to take what ever land they want and Title deed means nothing,This country has history of nationalizing public property nyerere did that,and this year alone 20000 title deed was revoked with 0 payment compare to 4500 of zimbabwe,Tanzania is one of the dangerous country to invest ,unpredictable laws inconsistance,one year they pass one law after or before you invest they change. again
