The never ending list of invisible tasks are a killer. I have decided to start writing them out and putting them on the fridge. This way, even if no one helps me, everyone knows that I am working my butt of on crap they clearly don't want to do either. So, regardless of how small, if it takes more than 1 minute, then it goes on the list. I am now naming the list, "the ever ending invisible tasks" list. ETA: My 16yo told me the other day that since "aging" has such a negative connotation, we should use the word, "growing" since we never stop doing that. I liked that idea a lot 😊

I always appreciate the “every child is different” talks. I had my first 8 months ago and he is also a Velcro and high needs baby. I kept saying “ I can’t do this again “ but I always remind myself that all babies are different so I appreciate you ( someone who is much further into motherhood) reassuring that!

I second this!! Just had my 4th baby and we have had two very spirited colicky babies and two more chill. A boy and girl of each. My first baby never slept and was soooo difficult. My next baby was much more chill. I couldn’t believe it! Lol

😂 Your Velcro baby! I never get tired of seeing your little babushka on camera! It just reminds me of when my youngest was one of my appendages and in several blinks of an eye, he’s all grown. I don't know, but some 90 year old vitamin shop owner told me to get on vitamin A 10,000 units for my pneumonia I had. After a couple of months my eyesight was getting better too. I went from 125/20 vision to passing license test no problem. Still good at 58. Worth a try, I use a food Carotene A.

Best thing I use for stainless steel is a flute cleaning cloth... Its used to shine up a flute, doesn't cost much, and can be used a lot before it loses its power)) my go to for shining up any silverware or stainless steel

If that didn’t prove what an amazing person you are then nothing will! And now I see him and he has to be the cutest baby I’ve ever seen!!! How is he so alert and ready to be independent already? I so agree with things you said. Every baby is different! I had a high needs baby, and some days, I felt like I was drowning. I would look at other moms and wonder how it looked so easy for them, even though I knew my baby was very different than my others and much more needy. Also, yes, priorities. If someone came to my house right now, I'd be embarrassed because I'm so behind on housework, BUT, that's because the weather finally got nice this week and I've been doing yard work and playing outside with my kids. You only have so much time in a day, you know? After a long, cloudy, snowy winter and a very wet, cloudy, cold start to spring, I chose to prioritize getting outside and getting some sunshine over cleaning my house.

I love the smell of Lavender and rose, I recently started using laundry soap that is Lavender scented and a rose scented fabric softner I try to not use these things but I really want my clothes to smell good.😊

I absolutely agree that things happen when they happen for a reason. I made brownies at 4pm, I work from home, and half the pan was gone at the end of the night. Not a great idea after all. AND I just watched the channel Diary of a CEO and the Daniel Amen interview and it was about brain health. It was worth the listen and was in line with your line of thoughts.

True story. I had cataract surgery last Autumn yay! So I can finally see again far away/across the room. However, we knew that my close-up vision would be worse after the surgery, meaning that I must wear reading glasses. I didn't realize my new dilemma until I was in the shower and couldn't read the bottles of shampoo & conditioner! 😅 I had no idea which was which, and had to yell for someone to help me. Later I had to use a black sharpie to make a big "S" and "C" on them.

You are supposed to put the dishwasher tabs in the disposal with a light stream of water and it turned on at the same time. The disposal chews it up, paper and all and cleans the disposal.

I've also tried all the fancy tablets for the garbage disposal...they don't work like good old ice cubes and cut up lemon rinds. Always makes kitchen smell fresh and clean. I’ve started watching you since my first son was born - you kept me company while I pumped in the middle of the night and then as he grew you kept me company while I got ready for work. 2.5 years later I recently had my second son who I can actually breast feed. I was wondering if you were interested in making any videos that shared your breast feeding experiences - dealing with mastitis, proper latching, how things change as they grew. I’m super envious of how you can get so much done while holding and feeding Wolfgang - teach me your ways! Wow, what a day Kim. I need to find a Kkms cleaning service now..Cleaning in my house is delayed for my standards for about 6 weeks.. Broke my ankle Monday.. And Wolfgang kept his cheek to the side there cause he loved his Mama's kissy face kisses .. Look at him pushing himself up like that . Have a good week.. lol. I listened while gardening & getting more starter veggies ready to plant by May. Then, I have to wash a doz out of 50 fresh eggs from our chickens to make deviled eggs & freeze more. Fun fun! A slow cooker full of veggie soup smells like someone has been cooking all day (I can dream, right?), & I'm hungry! I hope you're having a great day

Hey Kim. Happy Thursday. Don't worry about your home. Right now mines messier. I haven't finished spring cleaning and now it will be summer cleaning. Finally had surgery and will be taking it easy for 4 mths. My husband's still cooking and cleaning. Poor guy. It's warm here and getting ready to plant potatoes. Wolfgang is so cute. Happy Thursday from Ireland. We have a special visitor President Biden of the U.S.A.! Love the cleaning video. Love the fact that it's real and honest. And Love the attitude if it's good enough and things look good well hey ho! Most people just love the visit and the company we are the ones that think they will see our missed not so perfect housekeeping! Just please don't open my wardrobe but my bedroom looks gorgeous ha ha! Glad you got your house and love it. Yes life is short I too have lost my sister and now my parents and hope to move to a smaller house but I'm going yo make the most of the new life and new start.
