spending yet another day with myself. today I woke up in a bit of a slump & decided to turn my day around and fill it with things that make me happy. I took time to fill my own cup. we walked, book shopped, sat in a grass field and read, made breakfast for dinner & more. take this as a sign to do something that makes you happy today :)

Just something I noticed in this video but every time that u pick up the camera it makes like a weird static noise & it kinda irritated me 😭 ik that u mentioned in your last vlog that you got a new case so maybe that’s why because I’ve never noticed it before but the shuffling noise was so loud every time u moved the camera

So true, the Drs get paid to prescribe it so they won’t tell you the truth. I took it to clear my skin and for painful periods and it worked magically until one day I woke up and couldn’t breathe bc it gave me blood clots in my lungs. It will also give you fertility issues and increase chance of cervical cancer being on it for so many years. It’s never a good idea to mess with how our bodies are naturally designed, even tho it’s so unfair what we go thru 😩
