Very cool! We use those flashers for salmon and trout trolling

We sometimes take a spoon (such as a little cleo, hammered look) and take off the treble hooks. We tie it to the main line and add a 6-18" dropper fluoro line off the bottom split ring. Then tie on either a baited hook or a jig. The spoon acts like an inline attractant. The trout see the flashy spoon from a distance and come in for a closer look. They see the little tasty Timbit (minnow, maggot) and take a bite.

Definitely brought some fish in but like you said early on it might be a bit hectic if you hook a fish and it tangles up in the other lines.

I have never seen anything like this before, but damn its a great idea and looks like it worked well. You always come up with some different things to use and try when fishing. Awesome job Cody!

Hey brother. That's a really cool technique and really thinking outside the box. I tried something similar this weekend using a rattle bait on a third line that I had removed all the hooks from to try and bring in fish with the noise. I imagine a combination of rattle bait and flasher would be pretty cool
