DOJ Publishes Disjointed Small Entity Compliance Guide for ADA Title II Web Rule 

The Department of Justice (DOJ) published a "Small Entity Compliance Guide" that ultimately contains some good information (it recommends accessibility policy, accessibility statement, and training on WCAG 2.1 AA), but the new post doesn't make sense for multiple reasons.
