it's not really cheating imo. we've been conditioned into thinking that once we find someone and have a serious romantic relationship, everything is just smooth sailing from there, but this ain't true. you can still feel attraction and a connection to other people, even if you are in a perfect healthy relationship, it's normal :) it just sucks that because of society's norms, exploring this connection with someone else while also being in a committed relationship is frowned upon. I'm not saying to hide these from your partner and have sex with every person you feel attracted to, but with proper communication between one and their partner, I think they can experience more of life's beauty instead of feeling the need to suppress their feelings :)
Just read the lyrics, omg ;-) Loved the song when I first heard it and didnt know who it was. The melody, the way she sings her lyrics. Then the Weeknd comes in- a perfect 10. Whoever produced this, came up with the rhythm and melody, GD Fire. The singers aren't too bad either :D
It’s better to listen in front of them than have them catch you listening to it, it’ll be more suspicious if they find out yk. I listen to this in the car with my bf lol
@@CuteKristy179 I think my comment might be misleading, I rather not blast it in public but I'm fine with listening to it at home. Sometimes it's on when my boyfriend is home but I dont purposely hide it from him, I dont really play it that much either. It's one of those songs that comes on if it comes on deal haha
For everyone that's loyal or feels eh abt the lyrics, just mentally switch the word "guy" with "life" so it sounds like ur an independent woman getting distracted by a guy, works for me
i don't take this song in that sense bc being in a committed relationship, it makes me uncomfortable. there's another way you can take it (someone else commented it): "For everyone that's loyal or feels eh abt the lyrics, just mentally switch the word "guy" with "life" so it sounds like u r an independent woman getting distracted by a guy, works for me
