For the green, my friends would put clear nail polish on the jewelry. We did this on our cheap rings.

Definitely do multiple layers (THOROUGHLY DRIED BETWEEN EACH!!!!) and top it up if you wear them regularly to protect them and your fingers, though. Pro tip 😉.

Jaymes - tip for the green from cheap jewelry - for smaller pieces like rings coat the inside with a layer of clear nail polish and touch it up as needed. For large pieces use clear spray paint, matte or gloss depending on preference. Do a thin spray coating on front and back of the piece and let it dry/cure for a couple days. REALLY HAS TO CURE TO WORK. Hope that helps!!

I'm sure someone will come up with a better idea, but I'd heard that if you 'nail varnish' the jewellery in contact with the skin, it helps stop the green. Unless it's silver etc, then that's not needed. And as I'm here, I enjoy your videos, not just to see the final product, but for your talk: always interesting :)

@Jaymes: Soak ur budget jewelry in mouthwash for about 15 mins & gently clean with a soft toothbrush. Then paint the inside of those "cheap jewelry " pieces with clear nail polish. It'll stop the green.
