You can see one of the welcoming elephants has injured feet. This breaks my heart that any animal is abused. God bless those involved in the rescues.

I'm sure the local people who work at this sanctuary go home every day thankful that they are employed at and paid by a good cause. People from all across the world who help elephants and help local employees. Great enterprise.
