Even if they had given him an additional that had a high chance to be a super it would've been so huge for this unit.

For real like I think dodge can be useful but every time truth dodges its a 2 minute rant about dodge😭 its getting low key annoying

I hate dodge because any unit that has full dodge never dodges anything and gets nailed. Full dodge hasn't won me a single fight in at least a year and a half, aka red zones. Then, I watch these showcases and see additionals get slandered as "Only for damage" when 90% of new units get defense from supering. In my opinion, dodge only works for whales.

there is a really toxic thing around dodge now because of truth kinda being annoying bout it (not throwing shade) and ppl making it a war to put dodge down as a terrible build, people on both sides are just weird about it tbh but i do lean towards not liking dodge as a hipo mechanic myself tbh

Truth didn't start it, losers on Reddit and twitter spamming entire Excel sheets with thousands of calculations & having full on Mickey-mouse meltdowns because someone is playing a game the way they don't appreciate. The fundamental premise is as such: if a unit even has a 3% chance to dodge versus a 0.0% chance, over the course of tens of thousands of gameplay intervals, the 3% will save you many dozens of times. And by all mathematical and laws of probability that is completely correct in theory and in practice. Now take that 3% and expand it to an average of 25-32% for full builds and add units with native dodge and your chances of succeeding massively go up across the board, over time. It's not that hard to understand, but then again most of the people who play this game/are part of this fandom are brain dead teenagers, which is probably a good sign that I should move on from DB.

@@thegamerhawk69 as a global player who got gohan rainbowed by insane luck before the 7 anni was out on global, the fact that he is at least usable on these events means a lot considering most of the units that came between them and current content are literally impossible to run on hard content.

If enough usable characters have it and they eventually become event bosses, they could just use those for boss entrance. Otherwise, idk. They cant even bother to update their summon animations to be more exciting.

For the most part you have way more control on who attacks than where the enemy attacks. There are some units that need to super but most build up with attacks and some units just build up by being on rotiaon or just get ceratain buffs once a certain turn limit is reached. Most of which you control far more than where the enemy attacks epsically if most of the team needs to build up by being hit.

It's cause it goes against his full dodge builds

because most characters get one shot plus with this character their first couple turns are utter dogshit then they transform and they STILL have to get hit 6 times its even worse when lr agl ssj have this problem plus having to do additionals just to even tank normals

There's no real argument for them, I was specifically talking about how angry he gets at "Being hit is outside of your control" when literally every aspect of rng in this game is outside of your control. You have no more control over your units attacking to build up so why doesn't he get angry at building up in this game in general?

Goku is a bit more reliable at dodging if you do go full dodge though, but additionals (with a bit of luck) can get you to Gohan quicker. They're both good @@londonends123

If you have the equips 20 additional and 20 dodge is the go-to.

No Goku and Gohan is ass, he has to get out of that fast

if they change it to that then they need to make dodge like aa and crit ( which is double the value) so if you built your unit full dodge itd be a 50% chance to dodge the first attack which is actually ok but the downside is that u cant bob and weave

I agree to some level,some units really benefit from full dodge like LR bulma,but some for sure need adicionals like this Goku and gohan,crit for the most part is useless with some exceptions like Orange piccolo and LR teq vegetto

F2Ps do way less damage than rainbow boxes and would be stuck playing even more RNG turns due to lack of offensive firepower in getting through phases. It's much better for duped teams .

Give the goku part 70% que to dodge,some way to get an adicional super,give Gohan 50% DR for the First turn he is out so he can build up defense with no worries and they cook

That first part is blatantly and obviously wrong. Goku is at his weakest turn 1, but omega is teq so he cant hurt ss4 goku regardless. Canceling dodge gurantees he will get all his hits. Omega reduces damage by 40% except against int characters and ss4 goku is int. Omega can be debuffed and ss4 goku atk debuffs. Omegas aoe attacks destroy units who need to attack first to get def, ss4 goku does not have that weakness. Omega has no or little super attack cooldown allowing him to super slot 1 almost every turn. Ss4 goku is the goat slot 1 character and eats his supers for breakfast. The fight is long and can wittle your hp down rather than instantly killing you. Ss4 goku heals you to almost full midway through the fight so thats not an issue. Omega has more def than most bosses which means you need crits to do big damage and ss4 goku does guaranteed crits. It literally could not be more obvious

@@bitterthenu7278 You do release that majority of his abilities work the same infact better against the rest of the game, right? Rz Cooler Core, Broly, Syn, Cell Max nothing comes close to hurting him even on turn 1. And Goku will almost always at least get his standby by the time the event becomes threatening. 5 hits before the final phases is just not hard at all. He can atk debuff the Cooler army, cell max Syn too. His guaranteed crits melt bosses Hp compared to a single bar to Omega due to his heavy DR. And tanking aoes and supers for breakfast is a testament to him being the best slot 1 unit and not just being designed specifically for this fight. The point is no matter what the event he just superior to every unit plain and simple.

He would be good here if the First stage didnt cancel dodge,runing the UI goku's here is suicide
