Between me and R-Tunes, it looks like y'all will have a few more Doll$Boxx songs to enjoy. There is a live version of Take My Chance from this same show, but I requested the music video because it is so damn fun to watch. I have commented many times that the three Japanese artists that have most impressed me since I started my Japanese rock/metal journey are Kanami of Band-Maid, Miyako of Lovebites and Hana of Gacharic Spin. Hana is a top level drummer, bassist and guitarist as well as a fantastic singer who can throw in the harsh vocals. She is also heavily involved in composing the music for Gacharic Spin. Angie has also learned to do harsh vocals, probably with Hana's help. There are a couple of videos for their live performance of the song I Wish I which shows off Angie's harsh vocal ability. Oh man, I love this band. I really hope they collaborate again someday, maybe for another EP, or even just a single. Pretty please! 🙏 Hana was the singer that convinced me that I do, in fact, like harsh vocals. After hearing the DOLL$BOXX song, 'Take My Chance', I was hooked. Hana is amazing. Tomo-Zo is an underrated and underappreciated guitarist. Seeing Kanami drop into a deep power stance for a solo is great, or watching Miyako nonchalantly play a technical solo is cool. Watching Tomo-zo bounce around all happy while ripping a solo just hits different. Kinda reminds of Eddie Van Halen. Lady Van Halen.

Itai, welcome to the club as far as Hana is concerned! 😂 I mean, I've had a crush on her from the first moment I saw her and heard she was so damn talented. With every snippet of what I've seen of her, it actually turned into more than just a crush. For me, one of the best overall packages of musicians of her/our generation. Yes, there may be similarly talented ones, but for me the deciding factor is also her personality from what I could see of her off-stage. She is so much more than just a damn talented musician. And this point actually applies to all members of Gacharic Spin, or even other bands like Band-Maid or Nemophila. Yes, maybe I'm going too far with this, but until now I've also never been that interested in the individual members and how they are as actual people. I don't know, hard to put into words for me. 🙈 _____________________ _"You think I'm laughing because I'm happy? Very nice - I hope you continue with the other 2 songs from this video - next is Karakuri Town when Hana shows she was going easy on the drums before! - or my personal favourite from Doll$boxx which is Dragonet (the live has a drum solo to enjoy after the song too) Edit: oh the end suggests you're watching the other 2 vids :) FYI - these 3 songs from Doll$boxx were the last of a 2 hour show (although a couple in an encore) and then the band returned for another 2 hour + show as Gacharic Spin same day/venue - if you watch the 2 back to back its really a wonder how they perform with such high energy throughout and of course impeccable performance

Perfect timing gents, just back from Hellfest, excellent to see you digging into this Did I mentioned when I requested this, rhey also recorded a 3 hour long Gacharic Spin show the same day after they finished this one? They're insane I tell you Gachapin/D$B don't always put everything they do in one song, so listening to them you often hear surprising and new things you had no idea they could do, songwriting over showing off, even though they can style all over most comers if they wanted to

As a bit of trivia, this concert took place in the afternoon. When they finished, the crew turned the stage around and Gacharic Spin changed outfits and performed a full set in the evening in the same venue.
