I love how everything is tucked away and organized so nicely. then you open a drawer and it's like *bam* dolls, another drawer *bam* more dolls, a tiny little door *BAM* even more dolls. It's like a dream come true! 💖💖 thank you for showing us around
I love that the vast majority of your collection is out of the boxes. Mine is the same way - my perspective is that you might as well just collect pictures if you're going to keep them boxed.
I love the fact that your room looks clean and normal...and then you have your treasures hidden for only your eyes. (i mean thats the most important anyways...they got to make you happy, not anyone else)...i also keep my dolls in these plastic ikea boxes....and i use the same storage technics. but for my bratz i use some plain kitchen papers to lay between the layers because of their really dark shoes and sometimes dark clothes..so the dolls under them won't be in danger for staining.
You seem like such a lovely person! I found you when my daughter recently (finally!) expressed an interest in dolls and I am now fully more obsessed than she will ever be. I was worried about buying too many and too much clutter but thanks to you I see that you can be crazy about dolls and still organized.
I like how your room looks clean and uncluttered yet you are able to store your dolls and keep them. This gives me hope so that I may not have to part with some of my dolls because I have a large doll collection myself. Thanks for sharing this video.
Omg.ive never seen such a huge collection of dolls.that was a spectacular number of dolls.with that collection,u could make a museum.im looking forward to seeing all your dolls on display.ur amazing
What an incredible collection! The conversation about whether something is vintage or not is interesting. I collect vintage and antique books, and there is actually a definition. Vintage can refer to something that is twenty years or older, however 'true vintage' tends to be fifty or more years old. Antique is obviously one hundred or more years old! For the dolls that are made between 1999-2009 (twenty years or younger) the more appropriate term is retro, which essentially covers that nostalgic feeling that we associate to some of the 2000s toy brands, and can extend out to the dolls from the 1990s and 1980. The dolls from the 1970s would be approaching 'true vintage' territory. Hope this helps!
What a wonderful collection and passion. They all are lovely and very well cared and stored. Oh, one thing: in the Spice Girls box I had to be over the rest, of course...
I love all your Barbie dolls and how you have them stored away neatly and some displayed. A lot of my ones are out on display because I love to see them all the time but it takes up a lot of space !
This is EXACTLY how I would store all my Barbies!!! I just ordered my first Barbie for my collection...and I know people cringe at opening up unboxed collector's editions (my Mom is one of them) but one... I don't have the space to store them in their boxes...and two... I don't have the space to properly display them on shelves. However... I still want them. I've always opened up Barbies and enjoyed touching them, holding them, examining them...and sometimes playing with them. There are no rules for how we are allowed to enjoy our dolls. Love, love, LOVE it!!!
I love your organization. All your dolls so neat and dust free away keeps them in good condition. I have like 500 barbies and some boxed ever after. I slso collected barbie houses, cars, houses, furniture and accesories along with clothes. My collection i love and is complete happiness. Ive collected since i was about 9 or 10. My first barbie, pink and pretty were the start of my collection. Then crystal barbie and western barbie. I prefer the vintage barbs from 70s and 80s but have 90s and ones from after 2000. Barbie is ljfe. Thank you for sharing your beautiful collection.
I like that couch storage, pretty clever. Do you ever have issues with your Monster and Ever After High dolls seeping glue from their heads in their storage?
Joey I love all your dolls I have been a huge fan for a very long time since you first started and what I have to say is you inspire me so much to be a toy collector keep up the good work with your toys and keep doing the videos so I can be more inspired😍😘
Oh wow! You have so many dolls than I do. I got rid almost half of mine three years ago. I only have 2 shelves for most of my dolls, but mainly Barbies and few Disney dolls and I have only 2 storage boxes for rest of my Barbies. But your doll storage is all over your house. I'm not mocking you for so have many dolls that will make me a hypocrite and the first time I started collecting Barbies mine storage used to be all over my house. I got rid many of them back in 2015/2016. But I am jealous for some of the dolls that you have and I'm also jealous that you keep your dolls nice, clean and safe.
It's up to you if you want to keep most of your dolls. I started collecting Barbies in 2011 and I know it was hard for me to sell some of them. When I started to have so many of them in 2014. I don't know about you or any doll collectors, but for me I have this feeling that really hits me that which Barbies should I sell and go into a new nice Barbie collection for new beginners or kids. It started happen to me in 2015 to last year. I still collect Barbies but not as much when I started. But I think you have so many nice dolls that deserves to be on display. You could create a whole new doll display collection that almost look like a mini doll store or a doll museum.
Your collection is Insane !! 😱 And if i have money i also spend it on a lot of lots of dolls like you 😊 , I love your Videos keep on giving us inspiration
WOW!!! i just love your Doll collection.... so good to see how organised your Dolls are....i like to have mine sorted into groups too....so much easier to keep them & and easier to find them all.... keep up the amazing collection!! ;-)
That's a lot of dolls, lol. Very extensive collection. I only collect Barbie but my granddaughter loved the Monster high dolls so they have grown on me but I don't own any. I recently sent my granddaughter all my Dolls of the World dolls. I am just getting back into collecting after a decade of not getting any with the exception of the "Wonder Women" dolls from the Gal Godot movie, I love Hippolyta and Antiope. I love your videos even though I don't collect some of the ones you like. Keep up the great videos and know that a person from the U.S. loves your Videos.
Nice collection. Thanks for the tour. Being a Seattle native: When you say nineties it sounds like naughties to me. I have a few/mostly the articulated ken/superman bod signature types. I like the Rainbow on your bedside stand. I want one.
I love Barbie dolls, Ever after High dolls, and Monster High dolls and I use to have one brat doll which I miss and I haven’t seen any good brat dolls yet, I have a few Disney dolls. Barbie ❤️ Monster High ❤️ Ever After High ❤️ Disney ❤️
The bigger the collection, the greater the emptiness. Anyway, I loved your doll collection and I'm a new subscriber. I'm also glad you recently downsized your collection ❤
You can make a small museum out of your collections. Also, find a successor for your collections who's interested in dolls too, just in case. You have a beautiful doll collection. I am new subscriber btw and I binge watch your amazing videos.
Hey Joey, I like the Dorothy Barbie doll. I have a Dorothy Barbie, too; but it‘s the one that is made for children. I haven‘t tested it yet, but on the box you can read that she can talk!
I'm impressed with how you store your dolls! I store mine in drawers with a few on display. Vintage Barbie's for me are the ones made in the 60's/70's. I have a few from that era. As well as some of the 80's Barbies's. My favorites of my vintage dolls are my 1964 Fashion Queen Barbie, my 1967 Twist and Turn waist Barbie and my 1970 Living Barbie. I'd wanted her as a child but never got it until the last few years that I bought her in mint condition wearing her alternative outfit (pink polka dots) which I don't have her out to often because I don't want to damage her. I have all the early Holiday Barbie's to date. The first one was really difficult to get for a reasonable price but I eventually found her and could afford the price. The one doll I have been longing to get but can never afford is the Jewel Hair Mermaid Christie. I have the other three but buying Christie is so expensive. I had bought Barbie, Midge and Teresa when they originally came out but missed getting Christie because I didn't have enough for all of them and would pick her up later. I should have bought HER first in hindsight. One day I hope to finally get her too.
WOOOW!!! There are sooo many dolls in your home 😄😀.I wanna say Congratulations!!! for the organization of all your dolls 😌☺,I *really like* the way you keep them "safe",believe me 😍😍😍😉.Great video, hugs from Mexico. 😘😊
I loved seeing this! I have a massive storage issue, my Barbies are mostly laying down on my dresser right now. I’m desperate for some display cabinets. But I want to see all of them all the time. lol
I recently joined your you tube channel. I am loving all of your videos ! ❤💜💙💚💛 You have an awesomely amazing collection !! It's always been my dream to have a room dedicated to Barbie. My daughter had a nice collection growing up. She is now 23 & has no interest. I wanted to keep her whole collection but unfortunately due to changes in my life over the years & smaller living coditions, I had to part with most of them. 😟😢 I did keep some along with a few of my own Barbies from the 70s ! I am in my early 50s & still obsessed with anything Barbie. Lol Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful collection ! I really enjoy watching.
WOW Such a beautiful collection, I love the way you store your dolls although I have a quick question do you ever experience any staining with your dolls from their clothing or shoes due to them being stacked on top of each other? 💖
New to your channel, I just stumbled upon it. Wow. I could just gush about the dolls from the 90s when I grew up. I've actually got back into collecting the ones I used to have. They had such cool dolls back then that had neat tricks. Even though today's dolls are diverse and their clothes are more natural, I think Barbie misses out on the fantasy and imagination part that I loved growing up. Neat that you had the Swan Princess dolls. They are hard to find for a reasonable price. I am okay not getting them because show-accuracy was important to me then as it is now. Luckily I have a mom that would sew accurate dresses for my dolls. She made doll dresses all the time! I have a few favorites! She didn't buy doll clothes for us, she would make them. I loved the princess barbies in the 90s. Their dresses were so pretty! I loved princesses in dresses as a kid. It made me want to be a pretty princess! If you ever wanna chat 90s dolls and more, I'd love to share discord if you have it. But, I understand there are thousands, millions of subscribers and fans that keep you busy. Anyway, massively impressive collection!
