I keep thinking that maybe someday she can have a museum set up. I know I would make a special trip to see her collection. And dang, wouldn't she create the BEST museum displays!?
Have you ever heard of the Vampire Villa dollhouse? It’s many years old at this point. Was obviously a big nod to Monster High. I bought one used recently with all the furniture for $40! I am on top of the moon! It’s about 3 1/2ft tall.
I'm very jealous! I wish I had a doll room to display my stuff. All my dolls are in boxes. I admire how you put together your doll collection, even from thrift store items. You are so pretty and resourceful. I love your videos and keep up the good work!
Have you tried corner shelves to fill in those awkward gaps in between shelving units? I think it's awesome. I wish i had this much room to display my collection behind glass though cuz my cats like to chew boxes There are lights you can hang from the ceiling and run a plug down the wall to an outlet. You can then put smart bulbs in to control the lighting. This way you don't have to worry about running electrical and still have lighting in the room
I love watching these videos! You're so much fun, and it's the stuff I think and do when organizing my doll collection. I find it very exciting and relaxing at the same time! Thanks for sharing!
I love your Monster High coffin shaped display and the way you arranged dolls and different stuff in it :) Wow the customize snapstar is great. It's such a glow up from the original one which is very cute but Snapstars do suffer from that weird slightly uncanny stare. The custom really got rid of it
I'm right there with you. There was a book I read as a kid about a little girl who acquires a doll and then builds a house in her closet. She doesn't want her mom to find out about the doll. I was reminded of that book when she was talking about it. A closet dollhouse. Yeah. It would be amazing.
for your pink A frame id be tempted to spray the white parts as they all come apart you could get a porcelain white colour; plastikote are amazing for spraying barbie items i've restored barbie houses this way and they come up amazing
Wow it's almost overwhelming I'm looking at your dolls and saying oh I have that one but it's like 1 out of 100 lol!!! I have a hard enough time with 5 shelves of dolls it looks really cool and you definitely have a museum of dolls. I expect to see you on some collector show or something someday. Have you tried to like peroxide the white parts of the dollhouse like I did that with some stained doll stuff it seemed to work....
For fixing up the dollhouse that looks dirty, you could try using uv + hydrogen peroxide- I’ve never used it myself (so obviously do your own research and don’t trust me 😂) but I’ve heard it’s good for sun damage!
i wish a could come help you, it seems so fun to do and you have so much imagination on how you want things to be. Sure at first it seems a lot but i just see it as more content about your collection and i love it. Also i already asked on another videos. But if you could make a video talking about first batch vs later, showing the batch code would be very nice. I actually have first batch on almost or all my rainbow high but i would be interested to compare my batch code with yours.
Looking so good! You always make me straighten up my doll displays when you post these….. and make me wanna get another American girl doll… anyway, I thought you would be the person to ask. Do you know anything about a new strawberry shortcake doll line coming out? I thought moose had the rights and the dolls were slated for 2022 with the new show. Did they did cancelled??? I literally look for them like 3-4 times a month and can’t find anything about them coming soon!!!!!
I was looking at your glass shelves and you had some plug ends down low. Could you get some up lighting and let it shoot up to the top. Sounds interesting to at least try❤😊
