The same thing happened to me on Saturday. I was pi😡😡ed!!!

You have to ring up the smaller bottle of gain first and the big jug of gain last in order for the coupon to come off for the item

Can you have them ring the beads first so the lowest coupon will attach to it?😊

Thank you for the DG video! I'm excited about the $5/$25 deal Mon-Fri this week. I'm planning to do a gain deal & i hope it works with the $5/$30 gain🙏🏽. Last time I tried it, they didn't come off together, even at a non updated store. We'll see 👀

I'm going to use a paper $5 off $25 because the $5 off $30 is a store coupon and the $5 off $25 is a store coupon and they fixed the system so they won't stack anymore

I went in and did $5 off $25 but a four dollar came off and my $2 buck coupon for school supplies. I don’t know where the four dollar coupon came from

Your $5/$30 didn’t come off. The dg store q’s for the individual items prevents the $5/$30 from attaching. The store q’s also appear as “store discounts” on our receipts. In order to have the $5/$30 apply, you have to make sure that none of your items have dg store q’s that also apply. Used to, all of our individual gain q’s were manufacturer q’s. Not anymore. 😢

Your 5/30 didn’t come off because the $2 and $4 were store coupons.
