paint some dark brown spots on the barbie dog and it'll look like baby scooby-doo!! the floppy eared brown puppy from the doghouse set looks just like my pup :3
I really wish we had a store with these chairs, the toilet or the bathtube here in germany, but all stores who might have anythinf fiting are closed 'cause of Covid...i really hope they open again soon to make my Rainbow High Girls a perfect home.
I actually don't live in the UK or USA so there isn't a dollar store in my country but I WISH to have one because it seems there many cool things and fun finds you could get from there 💓💓
Hi i ❤ your videos! I live in Australia so I don't think l will be able to find those stuff 😕. But I'm really glad that this RU-vid channel was about crafting ( I hope you understand what I'm saying. Sorry if you don't get it)
The shiny blue dress i bought for my daughter's tall hairdorables doll harmony and i cut the ribbon off and sewed some new on so we could tie it around the neck.
That moment when dollar store doll clothes are the same quality as Barbie clothes (or even better!) but for a fraction of the price :/ Loved the video! ❤
I started watching your videos abt a week ago, and your videos made me realize that dolls are for everyone. Because ppl at my school made me think it was babyish. So I stopped playing with them. But like I said, your videos made me realize everyone can play with them. Thank you myFroggystuff!
I found most of what you found with the exception of the ever elusive doll toilet. Finally found the tub a bit ago. LOL...now I want to make a trip to the Dollar Tree.
in this one video she posted it was like african styled fabric and she made some dresses and skirts and she made some poofy sleeves so u can watch that if you’d like :) i’m not sure about the skirt but maybe look around her older vids
I saw those chairs, tub and toilet about a month ago at the Dollar Tree and just had to buy them. I painted the chairs turquoise. I LOVE your idea for the light. Thanks!!
I watched yout channel way back when u made diy out of cerealbox cutboard. I was a child and I looked for some ideas because my parents had no money back than to buy me fancy Toy. As I grew older I didn’t watch the channel anymore. I now randomly remembered the channels name. I am 19 now. I just got some childhood memories back. Thank you😭
Maybe this is a stupid idea, but hear me out: -buy another tub -cut the first tub in two, right through the middle, splitting it into a back and front end -cut out the middle section of the second tub -glue said middle section between the back and front end of the first tub, thus elongating it -clean up the edges Voila.... a full-le... or at least, a longer tub!
*I just bought a gorgeous Hedstrom Disney Princess small bouncy ball for $4.19 I found in CVS' toy section and it makes the perfect jumbo ball for Barbie! The detail is surprisingly beautiful for such a small ball! I most likely would have overlooked it if it wasn't for MyFroggyStuff, showing that the only limit is your imagination when it comes to Barbie crafts and accessories! Thank you for making such inspiring and creative videos!* 😍👍
I recently bought a curvy Barbie - first doll I've bought in decades - and snagged some of those dollar store items. Feel much better about them not fitting her, knowing they didn't fit your doll either. Those black sparkly pants? I totally turned them into a convertible top/jacket. Took out the waist seam and the inseam down one side, slid her arms into the legs and fiddled around until I liked the fit then sewed it up. The top is backless but fits so snug it doesn't fall off, and backless is a nice contrast to the full coverage front.
I've been sad recently because since corona started I haven't been able to go to dollar tree because corona terrified. And I was OBSESSED with dollar tree. I got so many cool things there
Try posca markers for small details like the eyes and nose. Also they make great design paint for graffiti on doll walls or fabric and other items as they paint on any surface
OMG I REMEMBER PLAY MOBILE!!!! I'VE BEN LOOKING FOR THM FOR FOREVER! Also, can you show us where to get some GOOD quality white puppies? I am trying to recrate me and my family in miniature, and I have a white Maltese and I dont want to leave him out!
I have the clothes. Some of them are really cute. And the blue skirt fits well on older Barbies from the 80’s. I have a 90’s Barbie wearing the gold dress right now, and with her crimped hair she looks fabulous in it.
I found the solid gold & white w/ gold designs at my local Dollar Tree, and exactly as you said, the gold screamed 80’s to me so I got both. I’m really hoping our store gets the rockstar dress, it’s awesome. I passed on a few outfits -,purple sequin skirt & purple pants/white top, but I wish I had gotten them as well. I haven’t seen the ski ball game, LOVE it & hopefully it will be here soon, the chair also. I passed on the miniature Barbie’s even though I had gotten all the previous ones. , They look so much prettier here, will have to go back for them as well. I love everything you did here! 💗💖💗
I love your fun finds videos. Would also love to see more dollar store dollhouse makeovers cause I loved what you did here making the lamp and fixing the pets and clothes
My daughter and I are big time Playmobil collectors. The figures are called klickies. When we found out they were at the Dollar Tree, we were on a mission!
Dollar stores are my favorite!! When you start to paint! I got crazy! I always say "It can be painted and looks better". you can try to paint the chair with can paint.
