The 'page protecter' is also known as contact paper. It becomes a protector when you apply it to your paper. Kind of like laminating without a laminating machine.😊 And yes, there are the pocket sleeve page protecters but they are not adhesive and they usually have 3-ring holes to put in a binder. As a side note, you can heat laminate with your iron!! Just apply contact paper on the front and back of your document, then place it in folded piece of parchment paper that is LARGER than the plastic of the contact paper. Then you simply iron the parchment folder. Two VERY IMPORTANT things to do before ironing are 1. Turn OFF the steam option! Best to drain any water out of the iron because water and paper is usually a disaster! 2. Turn the heat level to the LOWEST setting possible. You sure don't want to forget this step as you will liquify the plastic and ruin your document. Hi from Pembroke Ontario 💕

You could only Just glue the print Images to the contact paper and then put another contact paper to cover. Save time and parchment paper too.

In short for myself: • put contact paper on parchment paper • glue printout (with glue stick) on this contact paper • put another piece of contact paper on printout

I'm confused as to why you peeled the first page protector off the backing it comes on in the store. It looks like we're just putting it onto parchment paper so we can peel it off once we're ready to use the sticker...Why not just leave the backing on the first piece, glue on the pictures, put the second layer of protector on, cut out and it's ready...or am I missing something? In other words, what is the benefit to the parchment paper over the original backing?

Is "page protector" the same as clear contact paper? It is also sold in Dollar tree in with the shelf liner rolls or the sticky rolls that have a wood grain or stone look.
