I was so excited to see you had a new video tonight. Could not watch it fast enough. The fireplace, stacking stars and this one are the winners! Just finished the fireplace and love it! I am so happy I came across your channel I want to make one of your lit cross as a gift for my daughter for Christmas. I bought some of the Weld bond and made a holder for my hot knife craft tool with the jenga blocks. I am VERY IMPRESSED with it. I can’t get over how strong it is. These turned out beautifully!! I went back and did the scarecrow, the Santa and the elf! I did the sleigh and one deer and the snowman last year, but decided to make another deer this year! These are addicting, but in a good way! You are the best for sharing all your talents and very easy to follow!❤❤❤❤

I think both of the shadow boxes look great! I love your creativity as well. I will sit and stare at something it seems like for hours trying to figure out what I want to do with it. I am going to try to make at least one of these. My dollar tree does not have a lot out either so I guess I will have to go through my stash and see if I can come up with something. Can't decide which one I like better! I like that you used the paper towels since my spackling still needs work! Using the ornaments as balloons was genius!

Awesome! Thank you! ❤️❤️ I used the paper towel mache so it gives a strong hold on the frame, since the blocks are flat (thin) and gives it a texture look without looking blocky lol. Spackle is more of an aesthetic look, hole filler or to even the blocks out. Have a fantastic rest of the week ❤️

There's only one thing to say, BEAUTIFUL. You are such a master when it comes to working with the jinga blocks. The snowman shadow box is darling not to forget the box itself. I've already taken my notes on how to build it because this project is too beautiful for me to pass by. I have plenty of both size blocks . I shopped specifically one day just for them. I also went to 5 below and bought a few of the larger ones. I think the other box is very elegant looking. Thanks for this tutorial it was enlightening and I am just going to get some things so I can make one as beautiful as yours.

The silver Christmas ornament picture……. I have you tried ……. painting mod podge on your base , let it dry, place your picture on top of that layer, cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper or cloth, and then iron your picture onto your base. Same process with the tissue paper. 🩵❤️🩵 You are very creative and I love your no-nonsense tutorials 👍🏼

Hi, sounds like that would work, similar process to iron on pictures I've done on tee-shirts. The only thing is the paper bag is very thick. Thank you ❤️

Dollar Tree sells Super Glue Wood glue. It's in the hardware section. Holds wood well.

🤗 WoW Debbie, They are both so beautiful!! I had fun watching you put them together.. I loved the balloon idea and how that turned out so cute ☺️ I appreciate you sharing your ideas!! I’m in the middle of making my 2nd fireplace of yours for Christmas presents,that is beautiful as well!! Someone mentioned in the comments that these shadow boxes would make a great night light , something pretty to look at while you try to fall sleep.. I think that’s a great idea!! 🙂

Does the Weld Bond glue come in a smaller bottle with a smaller tip?

Hi Joan, yes it does come in a smaller bottle. Any wood glue would work. Weld Bond is my preference. If you wanted a smaller tip, you could put it in another bottle with a smaller tip. I think DT sells bottle like this.
