My shopping at Dollar Tree and Dollar General turned into a Hoarding Nightmare. My small Apartment is clean, it was just full. That posed dangerous risks as well as blinding me to potential damage. I got a scary 7 day warning letter or I’d be evicted. I did it tho! To say I’m proud of myself would be an understatement lol I’m truly amazed at my progress. I was able to get it in order without throwing everything I owned away and not making any other location worse! I did get a storage unit but what went in there has been gone through and downsized! And I’m still going! I’ve changed a few very bad habits like not emptying bags when I get home. I hang them on a door knob or drawer knob, or just tossed them in a pile. I was so humiliated it had gotten that bad. I’m alone. Lonely. Dirt poor. I felt good in DT/DG. I felt accepted and not so poor. But now I’m trying to find acceptance in other ways. Also I’ve been really good about not buying anything unless I know exactly what I’m going to do with it. Then I get it, come home, take it out, and wash it and put it away (like the glass food storage containers) or hang it on the wall (those black, grey or white medallions currently at DT) it’s in the wall outside my tub! It was bare and looked odd lol So changing habits is helping! Getting organized has been on my new years goals every year but this year I’m finally accomplishing it 😊 your ideas and encouragement help! Thanks

Shannon, is there a how to video for your background picture with the wire basket and flowers? That’s is unique as well as all your ideas!

I use the small 3 drawer Sterlite organizers for my husband’s lunch station. It holds all the Ziplock bags I use for making his lunches. And yes he brings home the bags and recycles them. I also use the drawers for my seasoning packets. I recently purchased the medium size ones and I use them for my canning stuff

I find that square or rectangular containers organize items more efficiently than round containers. I used a lazy susan to organize round things items only.

You can actually fit 1 or 2 more if you put lids opposite of eachother just wanted help with me every little bit helps!❤

I use the dt dish pans in my refrigerator for storing veggies, fruits! I pulls in and out easily!

I have a Dollar Tree trifle bowl on my bathroom counter. A small jar in the middle holds cotton balls and q-tips . I have bottles of moisturizer around the little jar. It sits on a small round tray that holds creams and other small items. I love your ideas, especially using the tray on top of the locker bins!
