My mom also separated spending money in paper envelopes. We called it The Bank of Mom. With the notebook you made envelopes in. You can use it for Christmas. Write on each envelope who it's for and what you are getting them. Use the cash in the envelope and cross off each item as you get it so you know what you've already purchased. #pocket
Oh my goodness, do I love that purple!!! I went to go look for some of this stuff at my local Dollar Trees, but they are so bad at stocking anything in my area (seriously, they just dump the boxes in the floor in front of the shelf they're supposed to be on and it rarely even gets put on the shelf, lol). It's so nice to see a cash budgeter show some less expensive options then like a $30 binder and like $5-$8 per digital file challenges. Thank you so much for the ideas! #mini #pocket #album
@@kariselph1423 thank you for those kind words! I appreciate you! My DT is usually a hot mess too 😂 but when I was starting out I really needed low budget supplies that were still FUN. So I’m thrilled to share some inexpensive ideas. 🦊💰🫶🏼
I love making savings challenges from the dollar tree. Flas cards of addition subtraction multiplication flash cards, dominos, and color by numbers. April
@@theBudgetingSisters I was looking at all the flash cards too! Didn’t get any but definitely thought they would be great. Color by numbers are cool too but I haven’t found one I like yet. Thanks for sharing! 🦊💰🫶🏼

@@Frugalityislife I loved my old waitressing days and getting paid in cash back then. Or babysitting! 😂 Love that you have a similar memory of your mom using paper envelopes for cash. 🦊💰🫶🏼
I love Dollar Tree! I haven't seen a couple of the products in my DT, including the envelopes and the pocket notebook. If I'm selected, I'd love to have the #pocket
These all are so awesome. I am so going to my local dollar store tomorrow. My old .99 store is now a huge dollar tree. I want some of the envelope books for my grocery list & coupons, plus the coin envelope for some personal savings challenges
