Hi Linda OMG!! I absolutely Love all of them! No surprise there. I'm of Irish decent and don't often decorate for the holiday. But I may this year. The truck is gorgeous. I have always loved the check pattern and put it on a lot of my decor... Sparingly of course. I'm really loving the banner. I've been looking forward to this video! I've never seen these trucks at the DT, but I was able to pick up a couple of the Valentine ones at Dollar General. I'm going to cut the hearts off and give this a try. Love the banner and signs as well. Can't wait to recreate some of these. Thank you for sharing your ideas for rustic St. Pat ideas!

It definitely can be a little confusing Cheri. I like to do the plaid, but it’s usually such a long time from the last time I did it, I have to go watch the video again to remind myself. LOL. It just doesn’t stick. 😉 But it’s definitely fun to do! Hope you try it! 😊

Thanks you, Thank you, Thank you for doing St. Patrick's Day decor. So many people jump over St. Patrick's Day and move on to Easter. Love all your projects. Where in Hobby Lobby did you find the wooden shamrocks? I have looked in many places in that store but have not found any. I too like the stability of wood shapes rather than fabric or foam.

Hey Kathy! I found those shamrocks on one of those smaller square displays they always have DT the end of the aisles. Right at the end of the St Patrick’s Day aisle. TFW! 💛

Oh wowza, Banners are my fave! Thus far I haven’t found rabbits for the bunny/carrot banner nor these adorable shamrock/truck supplies .... but I’m SEWING!!! SQUEALZZZZ! Girrrl, I got a Baby Lock Joy and it’s total fabulosity!! I’m sewing on cotton fabric. I haven’t ventured out to paper yet. (Thus far, I do better holding onto larger pieces of fabric.) Sure wish you’d teach sewing classes, Linda. Do you ever offer paid classes? (Ones where we could pay? I’d take part if you did!!)

The way you removed the pieces on the truck is genius. I've never thought of hearing up the glue. It turned out great. The garland/banner is also adorable. Smart to cut the clovers off that sign. I never did see the wood ones at DT this year so that's a great way to have some!

I love these, especially the truck! Frog Tape is the bomb! I went to a barn quilt painting class and she introduced me to the yellow Frog Tape. It is even better than the green. Thanks for sharing these. I always look forward to your ideas.

They were on an end cap, like the aisle before the crafts. In the weirdest spot really....next to the tiny section of craft magazines. Inexpensive too. About $6 a bag...for alooooot of beads! 😃

I had been searching one for so long as well and finally found one at this big event we have every year...I believe they travel to different areas/states. Called the Great Junk Hunt. Got that scale for under $25. I couldn’t believe it! I expected to see a price tag doubling that! Many blessings!

Margaret! How exciting!!! Your projects will be beautiful! I use a size 10/11 needle (depending on the manufacturer, some have size 10 and some are 11) on my machine. Yours may be different, I played around with it until I found that this size worked the best. A smaller size was too fine and a larger size was too course for sewing through paper. Good luck!!! What type of glue are you using ? I love your projects !

Thank you Lea! I am using Beacon Fabritac glue! It tacks in about 15 seconds, holds in about 30 and is set within one minute. I use it on everything!! It works with so many types of materials. I figure if I can use it to add some cute patches to my jeans and wash and dry them in heat over and over again, with nothing coming apart…that glue is gonna hold. You can order it online or find in most craft stores. Our Walmart even carries the smaller sized bottles. Hope this helps!
