Hey Connie my dear friend. I don't eat breakfast. Occasionally. Some breakfast bars I like. Nutra grain is what I prefer. I use the original suddenly salad. We all have to have something we like at least once a week. TFS & enjoy your healthy snacks! Hugs my friend. 😊😊❤❤👍👍
