My question is, what do you do with all the diys that you have created through the years. Do you have a storage facility to house everything, do you donate things no longer wanted etc. Every few years I go through a purge, otherwise I would have to buy a bigger home , which would be crazy. I would love to know what everyone else does to avoid clutter and hoarding of unnecessary crafts, etc

Conversation hearts to eat = 🤢 but they add to Valentine's decor and I have not hesitated to use them for craft pieces throughout the years (just like you did). The shape of the pitcher you purchased from Hobby Lobby (for the melted wax) reminds me of the watering cans they have at Dollar Tree. You have gotten so skilled at using the piping bag, Beth! Your a lefty, my Dad was also a lefty and my nephew is also. I just love to watch people write , paint ect. with their left hand. I think it's so awesome. Me mom was left handed also, but her teacher would hit her chuckles with a wooden ruler every time she saw her doing. It. So she learn how to write with her right hand, this was back in the 1940's. Because I have to use a wheelchair I’m limited in shopping. I frequently shop DT because it’s small and easy to roll around in or I shop online. You provide great ideas with great alternatives. The candy themes make me so happy, I'm leaving them up all year!! I'm just removing the Christmas things, I've added heart picks to them for Valentine's Day, Ill add some Easter picks for Easter, etc. It just makes me so happy...it's all so magical and a child's dream (for the little girl that still lives in me) 💕💗💞🍩. 🍦. 🍧. 🍰. 🍫. 🍬. 🍭. 🍬. 🍭. 🍪

You can use mat clear acrylic spray to coat the conversation hearts to preserve them. Just be sure to use several light coats on all sides. Also you can use a hit blow dryer or better yet a heat gun to join your pool noodles together. No glue needed and hold is nearly instant! 💕

I love all of your crafts! Im.not a big fan if conversation hearts either, they do have sweet tarts conversation hearts that aren't bad though if you like sweet tarts. I made some candles at Christmas time and I didnt have crayons (I did but they were my grandsons good crayons lol) anyway I used a striped birthday candle upside-down, for the straw. It worked perfect! Anyway love your channel and Happy New Year!

Hi Bethany, when making the fake Valentines tiered cake, and using the real Conversation Heart Candies, you can always Clear coat them and avoid insects, mice etc. by doing that. You are so creative! Your handwriting is really nice too. I also don't like conversation heart candy. I have never bought them for my kids but I guess for decorating, they're not bad. Lol

I CRAVE those conversation hearts. So much that I order them online randomly throughout the year. BUT they have to be the original ones. The new ones are gross. And the sweet tart brand ones are not the same. But I also love the retro Necco wafer candy too (except the chocolate flavored one, it's NASTY).

Hi Bethany, you are amazing and very creative I love all of them but the cake is my favourite.! Unfortunately here in Canada our Dollar tree store are very small and I can not get some items to do the DIY crafts. Thank you for sharing ❤ from Canada Happy crafting!
