I've made these meatball subs a few times now and it's so easy. Next time I'm going to try sub bread from the regular store because the hot dog buns are my least favorite part - but they do work!

I did a chili corndog dish for my granbrats when I watched them for a week, my daughter got mini corndogs instead of full size, it didnt matter the chili made the corn breading come off anyway.. the boys devoured it "Pandemonium Palace chili and cheese corndog casserole" I like the mini meatball subs idea. i usually just cook them with dollar tree steak sauce and some worchestershire and eat them with a skewer as a snack.. I need to try that soup but with some meat, maybe the meat balls....I dont really like hard boiled eggs unless they are pickled with hot peppers

I'm 50 I have always made my eggs off in cold water I have tried every version. U can imagine including g putting a pin prick in the bottom of the egg. This version was the only thing that has worked. So thank you. It really makes them so easy to peel.

omgosh.. the corndog bake..looked amazing..i would have NEVER thought to do this... thank you for sharing.. this is amazing looking food!!! i know they say to eat with your eyes first.. but i dont care what it looks like.. it looked amazing also.. but TASTE is what i care more about.. and judging by your face.. taking a bite.. yah.. im in!!!

Everything looks yummy. One thing I've started doing anytime I am having flour tortillas is heating them up on each side in a dry skillet. It really makes a difference. They puff up slightly & taste delicious. And it's super easy.

That taco soup looks so easy, I can't wait to make that! On the breakfast burritos, have you ever thought of making those Hungry Jack dehydrated potatoes? They would probably work great. Okay, I think I love all of these ideas. Sharing to FB!

I wish our dollar stores had frozen food. I live in Canada in a smallish city. Our dollar store only have a few canned options and candy. These $10 are probably closer to $25-$30 at our stores. One pack of hot dogs (no name brand) is upwards of $5-$7. The brand name ones are closer to $12.

To cut the cost of the meatball sub meal, I wonder if you can buy a dollar tree egg noodles and just coat with some Italian dressing and Parmesan cheese. You would then have 1/2 can of pasta sauce and 1/2 bottle of dressing and the remainder of the Parmesan cheese towards the next meal. If I remember correctly, the pasta sauce could go towards the dollar tree ravioli lasagna recipe. 2 bags of DT ravioli, 1 block of mozzarella cheese and 1 box of DT garlic toast = $5.
