I usually like that we don't see Elvis in any "collaborations". He did a short duet with Sinatra in 1960, and that's about it. If you want Elvis..go see Elvis. But for Dolly I'm kinda on the fence. Would have loved to see them two on the same stage. Well, not gonna happen...unless God...ah shut up.. Anyhow..Love both Elvis and Dolly.
I loved how she did elvis song all shook up. I bet elvis saw that . She was really great. I know there will never be another elvis but she did a great job being elvis. Dolly is really talented.
One left this world and one still rocking...both legends. I still wish that Col Parker had not messed up the recording opportunity, for both these 2 singers to sing/perform together !!!
@@elizan1003 Col. Parker's business tactics. I think she cried about that one. I think if there was away to just go through Elvis himself instead of going through Col. Parker things would be different.
Dolly once offered Elvis one of her songs, I Will Always Love You, to record but Parker wanted her to sign over the publishing rights to it so she said no. She cried all night over it and said she wasnt mad at Elvis. It was just business Theres a clip on here where she talks about it
@@gregclark3268 I wish Elvis would’ve been able to fire the Colonel without being manipulated or blackmailed to hire him back every time. He missed out on some amazing moments for his career because of that man. I would have just loved to hear him sing that song!
I bet she really entertained a few fans in her dressing room that night cause shes a Lady of her word ,,I cant imagine she'd turn a fan away ,, God Bless You Dolly😇💘❤🎶🎵🎶🌟🎶🌟🎶🌟🎵🌟🎶🌟🎵🌟🎶🌟🌟🎶🌟🌟🌟🌟
Well done Dolly, your'e a true legend. The King's sadly been gone for 42yrs now, many duds have tried- but that was the best Elvis impersonation ever!!
Dolly, I just love you! Great Job! What a beautiful voice. You are just a breath of fresh air! Very funny, I love your sense of humor. I needed a good laugh, you made me smile today, I needed it. I am just getting over COVID and you made my day. Thank you, Dolly!
i think Elvis would love this... and definitely smile and get a laugh from an old friend of his Dolly. 2 things Elvis and all of us could use. a smile and a laugh
