So Tina, thanks. , I feel I should reply. Let me explain. I live in Ireland ...about 2 hours from Caherelly cemetery where Dolores is buried. The cemetery lies in quiet farmland, literally "in the middle of nowhere" . But it is extremely peaceful. The only only music there is of birdsong and bleating lambs . I felt a huge sadness there but that turned to a real sense of contentment. It is a family grave, her father (Terence) having being buried there in 2011. So there is no headstone as it is has been removed to allow for the engraving of her name . At the grave I found messages from dozens of countries ... Italy, Greece, Russia , USA..... I think we know that the world loved her !!! There were several "Odes to Dolores" ie poems and I have already started to write one which I will leave at her grave next month. sorry for rambling..., I hope you will understand. Best Wishes from Ireland . Frank
Frank Quinn frank you are not rambling. Im irish but i live in the states. I love how you described everything to me. I would love to hear more. Please don't be a stranger.
