All 3 of those cleaners are a great option. In terms of cleaning power all three will clean all surfaces well which is really nice. So there's basically 2 things to consider otherwise. Do you want the option to use wifi and an online app? And how much debris do you get in your pool? The ability to use wifi and an app is the biggest jump in price for most cleaners. And having a big enough debris canister is important if you get a lot of debris and don't want to empty it every hr.
Go with the other one . Had 2. One lasted 3 years. Which was nice. The last one lasted 14 months. If you live in the east coast you can find some repare shops within 500 miles. If you don't live on the east coast, you will need to by one every 18 months or so .
These two models are actually very similar in terms of features and power so I can understand why it's hard to make a decision. Both are really great full surface cleaners. The Quantum has an edge though being the newer model and it includes the extra filters. It's also got the new SmartNav which is also slightly better than the Cleverclean on the dx4. Basically the dx4 is about 3 years old compared to the newer one year old Quantum. If it was my choice, I would pick the Quantum over the dx4. But the dx4 is also a good choice lol!

Hello! The Nautilus CC Plus has been one of my all time favorite cleaners. It's always a good choice. The DX4 is very underrated and is actually BETTER than the CC Plus! However, I do want to mention that both of those cleaners have a little bit outdated navigation systems. They're over 5 years old now. There are new cleaners now worth mentioning in the same category/price range as well. Take a look at the Lydsto P1 and Wybot L1. Both are new for this year and both have impressed me quite a bit, more so than the CC Plus and DX4. Hope that helps!
@imdefinitelydavid I'll definitely be looking at these then. Is there one you like over the other for the P1 vs the L1. It one heavier than the other? And does one "scrub" better than the other? I'm not seeing many reviews on either so it's kinda hard to judge which one is better lol. Or if they are both equal? Does one brand last longer than the other? Sorry for all the questions
You're asking all the right questions! No worries. These are expensive cleaners so it makes sense. The scrubbing for these machines work to knock loose debris to be sucked up. So a larger or more aggressive scrubber means more of a cleaner effect. The L1 and P1 are from smaller companies unfortunately so it's unknown how well these will hold up. They do offer the same warranties as the big names like Dolphin does though. And after using these other brands for a few weeks they've been working well so far. One of the biggest advantages of that is the price to features ratio. The Dolphin brand will always be one of my favorites. Definitely the more well-known dependable brands. If you can spend a little more, the Dolphin makes sense. Another well known Dolphin cleaner is the CC Pro. Not as big and heavy as the Premier but better at cleaning than the CC plus.
These machines don’t last like my old Letro. I wish I could still buy the old type with the booster pump. Mine active 20 lasted 4 1/2 years. $1000 dollar every 5-6 years sucks. But it does beat vacuuming.
