Domaine de Fontenille - Luxury Provence Hotel and Vineyard 

Jamie Ivey, interviews Domaine de Fontenille co-founder Guillame Foucher about the history of one of the Luberon's most unique small luxury hotels. The pair tour the rooms of the Provence boutique hotel and enjoy a Provence wine tasting on the terrace.
Built between the end of the 16th and the beginning of the 17th century, the bastide has been listed in the land registry since 1638 with 12 hectares of vines. It is in the heart of this vineyard steeped in history that the Aix bastide welcomes you.
The lounges of the garden level open onto the park and the Durance valley and 19 bedrooms have been fitted out on the upper floors. The 17th century vaulted cellar has been transformed into a reception room, while two restaurants, Le Champ des Lunes and La Cuisine d'Amélie welcome hotel residents as well as outside guests.
