Hatch Exhibits Fabricates Five 4' Tall Domes in Just Two Days!
Our team recently put our CNC machines and fabrication expertise to the test, creating five 4-foot tall hard shell domes in an incredibly fast turnaround of just two days.
First, we used our state-of-the-art CNC routers to precisely cut the circular dome shapes. Then, we built up multiple layers to achieve the desired dome structure, followed by extensive sanding to achieve a flawlessly smooth finish.
Next, the domes went into our spray booth for a clear coat, another round of sanding, and a final clear resin finish coat. Now the fun part - painting and decorating these domes to bring them to life!
