Doosan DX27 Excavator: Domestic remediation - Our job here is to scrape and level the front garden in preparation for creating an off-road parking area. We also cleared the back of concrete ready for a garden to be created. Finally, we removed concrete from the drive in order to lay a fresh surface.

You definitely showed the versatility of the mini digger Paul , proper job 👍 , you can certainly see how those type of machine have become more popular and command good prices , even a machine that’s had a hard task master still make fair money, tidy job looks great ,and a thumbs up to Claire , nicely put together vid 👍

Thank you Hartley! Yes, the mini digger did a good job, but if I could have got the 3CX on this job I would have used it, and have been done in a day, not 2 🤣🤣 There are more people able to drive a mini digger, whereas a good backhoe operator is hard to find. A mini digger can be towed on a trailer, whereas a backhoe needs to be driven or transported on a larger truck, which adds to the cost. There are pros and cons to each machine😊😊

Hi, I like the Doosan machines too, smooth and predictable, but this one is not mine and had to be cross hired for this job.

Great vid! Love your vids - especially with the 3cx. Do you find it difficult to alternate between this and the 3cx? Especially as the controls are an in an X in the 3cx. Also what camera do you use?

Hello there! Thank you for watching and your comment 😊 I spend a lot of time in both types of machinery, so it's kind of ingrained really 😂 We use an action camera for most of our in-cab footage, and our other footage is captured on our smartphone (Motorola G31) with a tripod or gimbal. Hope that helps 😊
