Actually the judges of the Courts should also be punished if the Male will be found innocent but not the Female as the judges behaviour do make an bad impact on the Male side due to their response till the date. Also while the case is going on the Male should behave like a pet of the owner(pet is the male and the owner is the Female) but if the Female behaves aggressively than the court doesn't mind and ignores with the excuse that she has suffered by the male or in laws and her pain is making her do so, these should be corrected in first place because being neutral via being bias can't be seen by the court female staff or the judges.
