Perhaps you should do a better job when reviewing stalking petitions that have caused substantial emotional distress.

I don’t know her but it seems in general (from what you see on the news and crim. getting released and then doing horrific things) that a lot of these upcoming newer judges are unqualified for their position and more concerned about how they look and playing social justice wa*ior than being concerned about the victims and all the horrific things they endured. Not sure if they want to appear like cool social (in)justice wa*ior or if they’re just gullible in terms of what the real world is like and the twisted psyche of certain individuals

Does a Respondent have any rights of confidentiality. After the case was dismissed by judge, does the Respondent have any right to file a motion to seal this case or have address removed?

My mother in law called my house every day for 22 years. I blocked her number from calling that landline phone because it rang out loud. She got mad. My wife and I stopped having sex. I got mad and said to my wife, "Stop fu ck in g bothering me about blocking your mother." My filed for an OP and the judge ordered me out of my house for 1 year. The year is almost up. What are the chances the judge will extend the order another 2 years.
