Bro what's the other option? , No jugaad can be done?, I really wanted to remove the Ugly dominer's rear fender and go for something like this which looks good and add a universal small splash guard (Hugger) beneath that number plate..

Bro i tried a lot of configurations on this tail tidy nothing worked with the number plate holder you can stiffen ur rear suspension and check

Bhai the tail tidy is a fail. Ive pinned a comment saying the same. My rear tyre touches the tail tidy. I removed it. Mounted on the side now my number plate.
