he do be kinda right though, lots of classes have that 1 lockdown button. But the closest thing a mage has is glacial spike which is not a stun, only applies to frost spec, and is one of the hardest spells to get off on a mage because of the long cast time and people naturally knowing that it's gonna "hurt".

Xar want his class to be completely 100% viable in 1v1s. But no PvP game mode is 1v1 based, so theres no reason every class should be like that.

Not a very believable take here from Xar claiming he can't even finish a dps class much less a healer as he is making 2v1 videos all over the place killing pika in every other video...just saying I see Aeghis landing DB sheeps and snowdrifts all while 2v1ing people. Mage is just fine and claiming there is no point to pressing poly so he doesn't bind it is just a temper tantrum.

"Only hybrids can heal and pure dps cant self heal while I ignore the fact, that hybrids do the same dmg as pure dps" yeah bulletproof logic right there. Especially after comparing it to TBC while talking about self healing passive on Warrior when Warrior had actually lot of passive self healing in TBC PvP xD.

Didn’t get at first you idea of desperate pvp talent sheet but with you elaborate on the pvp info I agree so many details and info diff then pvp is good to have for new and old people for wow if I start the game as whichever class specs and don’t know nerf of an 30% dmg buff etc I just be confused would be more better and cleaner to just see that info instead of looking wowhead or outside sites for basic information which should be in game

Reverting gameplay back to Xaryu's suggestions would still drive a lot of players away from PvP. And if you want to cut heals, don't forget mage absorb shields.

Two players that are playing the most overpowered classes in the game, effortlessly winning 1v2 scenarios while talking about how their class needs another stun and a gap-closing ability. Seriously, Xaryu, mages don’t need another stun-they need a complete rework, not just a nerf. The class feels completely detached from the rest of *World of Warcraft*, with so many tools to secure kills that it seems like they were designed specifically to dominate duels.And you want to give mages another real stun? Maybe give that to warriors instead, along with more healing. You always complain about warriors healing against you, but I rarely see you lose to them-in fact, you beat them with ease most of the time. Instead of making mages even more efficient just because you're bored after playing them for 10 years, how about we buff warriors instead. Xaryu, why don’t you switch to a warrior and see the real issues? You’ll find plenty to complain about, I assure you. Try going 1v2 with a warrior and see how that goes for you. I bet you wouldn’t even win a 1v1 as easily. If you prove warriors are truly strong, I’ll give you credit. Do some duels and 1v2s with warriors to show us that you're a real duelist, not just someone abusing an overpowered class. To me, that doesn’t count as being a good PvP player. If you’re so skilled, play a warrior.

100% agree any pure melee or range dps class shouldn't be able to heal and pump unless your a pure hybrid dps that sacrifices dps for survivability it's a very dumb feature blizz did trying to make wow more solo friendly

Dungeon fighter has had tournament play in korea since early 2010s. They have always had pve skill tooltips and pvp skill tooltip. Some abilities work differently in pvp etc. Its been done correctly many times in othwr games. Blizzard just lazy because why cater to the 5 percent pvp player base when 95 percent of the game plays pve

Melee don't need insta gap closers they already have nearly 100% uptime what are you talking about lol. Melee literally just get to zug zug for free all their abilities are instant like huh casters literally have to juke 20392309 interupts get mini stunned 2039820392309 times etc etc melee are by far superior to casters and have been for a long time. Ret alone has 2 steeds 2 freedoms sac bubble a blind hoj bop and range abilities that hit like a truck. XD

WoW doesn’t have PvP for years. You can see that by numbers of people who watch PvP videos and viewers streams. Also blizzard already said to us that PvP is not a core product for WoW, that’s why PvP atm looks like M+ with thousands of pets and most abilities are aoe. They do things for PvE mainly and then adjust what’s left for PvP.
