Had soo many great times watching Dominick Young play for the Bulldogs. Watching him was like watching a video game. Sometimes it seemed like I should be hearing ,”He’s heating up”. He was the original Splash Brother along with Kendrick Brooks and Chris Herron. He brought a lot of pride to Bulldog fans.

says he doesn’t remember ther free throw but can recall who fouled out, full of shit! says he doesn’t really understand point shaving, but when asked if it’s wrong or is it cheating, without hesitation he says yes twice

as a kid, I remember this guy. didn't know how the draft even worked. throughout the years, I've always wondered why I don't see him in the NBA. It's too bad. It sad to see Chris Herren become a druggie too. although, Chris has found sobriety. These were guys who came before Paul George, Rafer Alston. Guys who would of put Fresno on the Map. Sigh

Pathetic these comments form people who never met Dom. I hung with Dom for 2 years, trying to help him get into the league. Watched Magic Johnson come up to him after playing him at UCLA gym, 'why aren't you in the show?' Saw him absolutely dominate Dukie Jay Williams, so much so that Jay couldn't get the ball up to half court on him. Saw Dom crush George McGinnis when we got him into the Clippers camp (where Celtic legend Dennis Johnson thought he was the best in that camp). Bottom line, Dom was an absolute competitor, zero chance he was involved in point-shaving. And plus, he is one of the most genuine guys you would ever meet.

+Gary Halpin Well considering he only shot 32% from the field in his senior season, maybe he was just garbage. The guy was a dick. I'm a Fresno State alumnus and he had some big shots in the 95-96 season (at Utah, vs Oregon), but he wasn't an NBA guy...no matter how he looked in a camp.

+Mr. RAPEMAN Dunno if you're serious or not, but it's when a player or players conspire to keep the score in a certain range for betting purposes. It doesn't necessarily mean fixing the game, but just keeping the score within a certain point spread. For example...the Wyoming game in the clip, IIRC, Fresno State was a 10 1/2 point favorite at home and won by 8. So if a gambler conspired with Young (Chris Herren was also accused), the idea is to win by less than 11 points assuming the gambler is better on Wyoming to cover that point spread. You do that by missing certain shots or maybe committing a turnover, usually late in the game when victory is safe, but the margin of score can be tinkered with.
