I won a MP game some months ago with "All Da Scales" build. Hard recommend for that. Prod3 is the main benefit, it helps you expand well with chariots. You are quite poweful during middlegame, so I see no need for anything else than than imprisoned pretender. You'll boost your Astral and communion access that way (E+S crafting combo). Also the amazing scales, well, scale in late game, so you should have some advantage in gold and gems. Potentially helps EA C'tis to overcome that onetrickpony stamp. Edit: I might've had Earth 5 and Heat 1, for another reinvg bless and potential to summon bigger earth things, even though we're not an earth nation. So maybe E3 is the better shout after all.
Oh yeah, scales EA C'tis is very good, you can do it with production 2 but 3 really makes you able to use your heavier troops in an age with not much that can hurt them in terms of troops. I think glamour earth is a good crosspath for a pretender as well so that you can summon some gnomes for earth 2 mages for buffs for your troops.

I think alteration is the way to go first. Ethereal, mossbody. Also at alt 6 a sauromancer casting invul->soulvortex->mossbody->advance and cast will take most provinces solo. Don't forget drain life one of the best single target nukes to complement the soul vortex. Putting vine ogres or something on bodyguard with soul vortex gives infinite casting too. Also yeah the chariots are insanely oppressive against anything smaller than them.

Great video, as usual Some additional thoughts 1. Your shamans in communion can cast Relief in combination with Rigor Mortis at the same research level 2. Other death evocations like Bolt/Blast of Unlife got buffs in Dom 6 to be bigger AOE and in communions they can be cast much longer without gems 3. Shade beasts is another good non-national summon that is more mage turn efficient in Dom 6 and they get stat buffs from darkness which you can also easily cast
Glad you enjoyed it, great suggestions, especially around the shade beasts, the amount you can get seems very high for the number of gems you put in, probably one of the changes in Dominions 6 I really enjoy, more summons means more fun!
You and Lucid have been my go-to Dominions youtubers. Very educational. I've been experimenting with making the Glosos from Muspelheim work, and I've been having fnu with that. Doesn't look like it will work, but i can feel the dominons mark upon me. At least I'm decent with Muspel. More please!
Hey thanks a lot! Really means a lot to be put even near Lucid. Glosos are fun, I like to run then with Vaettiheim especially if I have a nice bless with my Rimvaetti so I can use sacred in the heat provinces, I imagine with Muspelheim they're even better!
