Believe it or not, Dominique Buonicore and Nick Smith met over 5 years ago on a blind date that had an entire group of couples egging them on. Both of them had just ended a long-term relationship and neither one of them wanted to meet each other.
Fast forward to the end of Summer of 2020; Nick was working on Dominique's sister and brother in law's bathroom renovation project. Dominique was invited for lunch and made sure to ask if Nick would be there as she was still embarrassed and never wanted to see him again. She was told he was not working but in he walked.
They talked for a long time but timing was again not right. Nick had a girlfriend. Dominique waited patiently for his call, knowing this wasn't the end of it. Her 29th birthday wish came true and they have been inseparable ever since.
It was certainly Divine intervention with the help of Dominique O'Leary and Mikey Stevens pushing the two of them, but they were truly meant to be. Third time's a charm with these two.
