i used to work at pizza hut in USA, they would do something similar called "the insider". It was a medium pizza with a layer of cheese with a tortilla like top for the rest of the pizza. It was damn delicious

Dear bharat, I tried your garlic bread sticks they came out very well n they were tasty too my son loved it .Thanks for the lovely recipe. But dear I would like to ask you that since I don't have the electric oven n I don't use the microwave convention. I use the gas oven .Shall i decrease the temp little less .since I don't get the results as they should be.

just amazing dude...i tried today with whatever I had. Change that I made: ------------------------------------ -I didn't have the milk powder so the liquid cheese became little liquidy.so I boiled it,and made thick gravy.I don't know why but it tastes good.and I added some sugar in cheese as well. -Instead of white cheddar cheese, I've used swiss cheese slice+shraded cheddar cheese -I didn't have the corn mill so I just used all-purpose flour.

Dear sir, Since when I've got to know about you, I've followed all your recipes and they are really great as well as you explain them very scientifically(this is the main reason why I eagerly wait for your every recipe)I got to know about this pizza recipe about last year. At that time I didn't had any oven. So I tried it in cooker and the result was really good. Pizza was well cooked and the crust was very crunchy. Even my mom and grandmother, who don't like the fast foods, loved this recipe. I thought if I am getting this result in a cooker then in an oven it will be even more better and easy.This year I bought a microwave convection oven. But the problem is no matter what I try , the bottom of my pizza base is very soggy.My oven can cook upto 200c and I tried to put it at the very bottom(borosil plate) as well as at a height( as you shown in your 2nd video) but every time my base doesn't cook but the upper crust cooks properly.I can cook the base first and then place everything over my pizza and then cook it again. But this is not the way , it should be done. Pizza should be baked in one go.Please tell me what am I doing wrong and can improve?Thanks in advance.

I have a small request for you to please demonstrate how to prepare a dhokla like the one in seeet shops. I have tried making dhokla many ways but always have ended up having dense dhokla. I live in USA.. the problem is the cheese stuffed crust pizza here is a big tough chewy mess by the time it gets too us.. i knew it was the cheese type.. this video really clears up everything and i am sure it will taste great too.. Will try this recipe on Saturday Mostly and Update you, I really like all your recipe they are great... Would be nice to see the chef's face once in a while :)
OMG I followed this exactly and it turned out the same and it's amazing!! Just wondering what's the lifespan of it. If I put it in refrigerator how long before it goes bad?
