Absolute no fail recipe. The pizza turns out perfect and the best part is the crust. Follow the vishesh tippni and you will be amazed at how scrumptious a pizza can turn out to be. Also, tried putting blanched spinach - that too was a nice surprise. A 10/10 recipe.
So I tried this today...took half all purpose flour and half whole wheat... obviously required lil extra water to knead..but pizza came out amazing. All your recipes I tried till date are 💯💯.
It turns out amazing. For convection oven, you got to pre heat at max temperature. And Cook on the Low Rack. Don’t bake directly on the glass plate. Place the Pizza Dish / Tray on the rack & Pre Heat it first. Place the pizza on a heated metal plate

Hey ! Glad you like it.. So what you can do is after the first portion, shape it individually and place it in a container, preferably square or rectangle, just grease it. Let it sit in the fridge & remove it 30 to 40 mins prior to using.

Yes you can use it.. Temperature highest temperature & time - You’ll have to eye ball it based on colour of base but can take anywhere between 10 to 12 muns
You’ll have to eye ball this one.. It usually takes anywhere between 10 to 12 mins, this also depends on the texture you like. Crispiness at the bottom.
I tried this recipe...the pizza bakes well from the top but from the bottom it is overbaked and in between not baked at all Tried 2 times but failed both times
