I see the prices are highly over inflated and all seems like a bubble. Do you recommend to wait for a price correction ?

Someone recommended me some off-plan properties such as location of Jumeirah Village Circle and Dubai Land Residence Complex. When I went there, I felt they are far from Dubai downtown. Furthermore, they would be handed over later than 2026. I am still considering and searching Dubai's real estate but it is not easy. They are already expensive now and too many advertisement make me confused.

What do you think of Damac Hills 2 with respect to rent yields and price appreciation?

Can you suggest any particular apartment at a budget of 1 million AED within main Dubai? Not villa. No Townhouse. I want the least maintained flat 2 BHK apartment with good road accessibility. For a middle-class working class with an Indian passport.

Hi how about Al furjan and discovery gardens not for investment but since the rental itself is so high it’s better to just purchase as the home emi is much lower.. what are your thoughts on discovery gardens

Don’t compare Dubai with London or another European country, first of all, if you’re talking about infrastructure and roads public transport, people who’s living here sure you need to have a car, public transport will use only some tourist, but even rental car is more affordable bcs of the weather, to understand all this things you have to be here at least 6 months, but if you’re saying that for investment Dubai isn’t a great deal ??? You are wrong. Think twice and analyze the market before to say something
