In my opinion, I think JetBlue is the best American airline I have ever experienced. I flew southwest airlines, and had a not so great experience, the seats was uncomfortable and cramped, the passengers on the plane were extra. JetBlue has been the only airline I would fly, I don't think they had any passengers kicked off of their flights, nor any sever plane crashes. I really love JetBlue, and to hear that they upgraded their mint class, AND their economy, PLUS them being able to fly to London in the late 2022s, they probably would put out other European out of business. Also I'm a new subscriber, I love how you guys do things as a family, and stick together, spreads the joy!

JetBlue is superb, but as a Brit living in the America’s, we often end up using BA or United, and let me say, I flew Polaris on the 787-10 last year, and it was very good. Service was brilliant (London based crews are sooo much better), and I wouldn’t hesitate to fly it again.

I am travelling to new york with my 3 year old. It's gunna be an 8 hour flight. Would you advise me to upgrade to mint? The reason I'm asking i noticed your husband's seat was far away from yours. And since my son is only 3 I'll need him next to me because due to covid we haven't gotten to travel that much so he's not accustomed to travelling like your kids

I wish there was a “turbulent free” cabin, then I’d feel nice and cozy. 😂😂 I’m such a nervous flier that nothing would make me feel comfortable on a plane. I saw these suites/cubicles on a flight from Aruba a few days ago. They’re pretty cool. Thanks for sharing.

Don't worry! Turbulence is part of every flight, and you should be more nervous if you don't feel any ! 😂. Anything that travels fast is subject to shakiness of the wind.

Our MINT suites only aircraft are expected to being rolling out of BOS in early 2022 :). Currently we do have many fantastic MINT routes out of BOS where you can book the A321 that does feature 4 solo suites in every cabin complete with privacy door.

Excellent video and breakdown. Stumbled on this channel yesterday, and now subscribed. Look forward to watching more content. One question: what about the headphones? It seemed like something happened with that because of the emphasis on prevention of theft, but then I didn't hear anything else. Did I miss something? Keep up the good work.

Oh just that they didn't place them in the headphones compartment at the start of the flight, probably because of theft. (As evidenced by what happened to the amenity kit.) And it's probably why you have to specially request the headphones. It's unfortunate because I imagine many passengers don't even realize that the airline provides these nice headphones.

JetBlue is my favorite domestic flight airline. I’ve tried Southwest, American Airlines, and others, and NONE of them hold a candle to JetBlue and the amazing service you get onboard a JetBlue flight.Even their economy seating has longer legroom than most other airlines, and each seat features a TV. Love JetBlue ✈️

I took my husband to SEA for his birthday last OCT and we flew MINT. He had never flown outside of coach. Although he didn't eat because flying and eating upset his tummy, he loved it!

I’m curious how flying in the suites would work when traveling with a preschooler . Do you pay for another suite and then have them just sit with you in your suite ?

Lap seating is allowed for kids 2 and under. Kids 2 and older have to have their own seats

Yes if they're 2 and older, they would need their own suite. But they could come and sit with you between take off and landing!

Sorry to hear that. 😞 Things are so uneven now with the rollout of the vaccine. In the US it really feels like things are returning to some version of normalcy, but that’s not the case at all in most other parts of the world.

I flew jetblue once from Boston to Florida and upon takeoff a bird went through the engine and while we waited for a new plane they bought everyone domino's pizza.

You’re not completely correct. Long before JetBlue dreamt up their Mint product, American Airlines already had their International First Class Flagship service on their domestic transcontinental routes. For years, AA was the only domestic airline that offered a full-on First Class Service on their transcontinental routes. Before JetBlue got their A321 NEOs, American Airlines configured 17 of their A321s in a three-class configuration. 10 First Class cubicles, simiiar to JetBlue’s Mint product but better; 20 Business Class lie-flat seats; and 72 Economy seats. American Airlines’ First Class Flagship product were the inspiration for JetBlue’s Mint. United Airlines and Delta Airlines never offered a real First Class service on their transcontinental routes. They still don’t.

Hi great video sorry the wireless charger didn’t work I find if you have a case on your phone it blocks the charger function when you remove the phone case it usually works

Speak for yourself. I find seats facing away from the window as torturous. Rather see the clouds than someone else's feet. Virgin America had the same seats on their 787's and after much protest, and lost revenue, removed them. Really dumb Jetblue!

Hi there. Nice JetBlue but…… I had really scared experienced in NYC at JetBlue airport….. well, let me explain was that myself deaf/ Cerebral Palsy myself and my good friend is deaf anyway we carried our small bags not that big so the security stopped us and we told him that we couldn’t hear ….. the security kept talking so I did asked him to write it down please? But he refused so happened other lady came up to us and asked what’s going on? I told her that we both deaf so she said oh okay she had her iPhone to write it down and said that we have to pay 30 dollars to putting under plane and we were so shocked said WHAT? No way but they said yes we we accepted that we did paid for that and let us go on the plane sigh

Oh this was great! Thank you all for sharing this information and thank you Carmen for giving us a mock up of what the typical prices might look like as we seek to have a jetblue mint experience ourselves. This was great! I like United a lot but I want to look at see which other airlines are available that I want to support, I have been a big American flyer before I started considering these important decisions, in which I am started to look for other airlines that will benefit not just my experience in the air but the community that is around the globe. This helps for me to do more research!

Thanks Alexander! So glad you found it helpful! Yes it was interesting to compare the prices with the big 3. They're definitely in the same ballpark, but I do think the lack of lounge is a big drawback to flying JetBlue. I know the airline said they don't plan on building lounges, but I'm hoping they'll change their mind! LOL!
